Working with the service department was wonderful. Great communication. The time it took to get my truck fixed was not. In my opinion, it took way too long to first diagnose the problem and then once diagnosed to long to get my pickup truck fixed.

New Car Order abd Purchase

I ordered and new Lincoln last summer knowing it would take some time to arrive and it did. The sales staff was very helpful on providing information when I asked status and keeping us updated when I didn’t ask. The car finally arrived and it was beautiful! Sales staff went over all the technology and how to use it. There was a lot! I’m glad I selected the car I did and Gene Messer Lincoln was very good to work with.

this service department is an absolute disgrace. they are more worried about wiper blades and things that have no relevance to the issue with the vehicle. i do not feel like they knew what they were doing and did not try to help me get my vehicle back in the road. it was a waste of my time to take my vehicle there to get work done. i had to go get the vehicle and take it to another service department to get the issue resolved. don’t waste your time here!!!
