Helpful and friendly staff

Had a great experience with Audi Lubbock. The staff was friendly, helpful, and just didn’t seem like a typical dealership. Even though I was buying a used vehicle I was treated as though I was buying a brand new car. I was given a fair offer for my trade in.

This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Levi was a great sales associate. Honest and no pressure to buy. LeRoy was wonderful to work with in finance very forthcoming with information and willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Audi Lubbock for your Audi needs

Chris Ramos was very knowledgeable and personable. We appreciated our experience with him as our sales rep. Chris also introduced us to the Service Manager, Orlando Estrada which will be helpful for any future needs. Jason, the sales manager, helped us with the financing and was very clear about all the paperwork. Our overall experience at Audi Lubbock was everything purchasing a luxury automobile should be.

Extremely Positive Purchase Experience

Lubbock Audi made purchasing my Q7 the most positive sales experience I’ve ever had. Matt Islas provided great communication, answered all of my questions and was never pushy. As a woman buyer, I was treated with respect. Everyone on their team took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. They were all very accommodating, especially since I live 100 miles from Lubbock. The Best!

Outstanding Dealership

Outstanding dealership. I wouldn't expect anything else from an Alderson family dealership. James Overton was our sales rep and he did an outstanding job. He's very knowledgeable of the Audi line. You can tell he's a car junky and takes pride in knowing about Audi and the competition. He's also very honest and will work hard to get you a good deal. We were looking for a used Q3 for our daughter's first car. They didn't have anything the first two times we visited, but the second James sniffed of one, he was on it!! Called us immediately. Along with James, we worked with Audi Sales Manager, Jason Byford and of course the Finance Manager, Mike Tijerina. Jason was just outstanding with working the deal and Mike insisted, for some reason, that we pay for the vehicle! As a Red Raider, I wanted to do business in Lubbock. We live 260 miles from the dealership and it was like we were in town. We basically did the deal via text message!! Just because that worked best for me at the time. They'll communicate with you however you're comfortable. I promise. This is our first Audi. I hope to purchase more in the future. I will be doing future purchases at Audi Lubbock if at all possible. Thank you again guys!

Purchased a new 2019 Audi SQ5 from Audi Lubbock. My sales rep Tammy Antonucci was knowledgable, friendly, patient, and a genuine car enthusiast! The entire staff was helpful and low pressure. The sales manager, Jason, was fair and reasonable on the price of the car as well as my trade in value. The finance director, Mike, got me in and out quickly. Truly one of the better car purchase experiences I have had in many many years after previously purchasing Lexus, Land Rover Range Rover, Porsche, Tesla, and Mercedes vehicles.

We met Adam Richards at Audi of Lubbock after some phone negotiations. The cat was as advertised and ready to go. Adam and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Never felt pressured. I've had a Mercedes that I bought before moving to the area serviced at Alderson MB and was satisfied. Hopefully the future holds the same experience.
