Loney and Alex work hard to see the needs of my vehicle are taken care of and qualify under my warranty plan when applicable. They take the time to listen to my concerns when I'm there and the text message service keeps me well informed while my vehicle is in service. I would like to see a workstation or business pod added to the waiting area where it's possible to plug in a laptop and easily work while waiting on the vehicle. A raised counter area as in the airport would be useful for those of us who work while on the road. Electrical outlets under the seats in the waiting area for laptop and mobile phone power would be helpful. Working while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced makes the time fly and I am productive.

Best car buying experience ever!

Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

Peters Chevrolet of Longview, Texas definitely places emphasis on customers ahead of deal making. Kudos to Sales Consultant Michael Giddings plus the rest of staff. I would have given Michael at least a twenty star rating but the rating select would not allow me the opportunity to go that high. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Michael also was not pushy but helped to guide me through the buying process. I definitely will deal with Peters Chevrolet in the future. I highly recommend Peters Chevrolet and Sales Consultant Michael Giddings with your vehicle purchases.

Peter’s CJDR set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Charles was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! Salesman Westin Robinson was great to work with. Answerd my questions and when he wasn't sure consulted with others to get the answers. He also put up with my annoying cell phone issues. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Another benefit for some is the free delivery that personally saved me a 4 hour drive each way.

I found the type of Wrangler I wanted online at the Peters Chevrolet website. George contacted me via email and sent photos of the Jeep. We set up a day and they brought the Wrangler to Peters new location in Tyler, which is a good bit closer than Longview to DFW. The test drive was great! The documentation was straight forward without too much small print. Peters had a streamlined approach that made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I'm glad I got to work with George and Chris over at the Tyler location. Thanks again!

My brother has been dealing with Robby and the Peters team for years and has recommended them 100%. I can honestly say now that I’ve bought there myself I won’t go anywhere else! James and Randy took really good care of us, made contact with us and explained everything every step of the way and I never had to go to the dealership until it was time to sign papers. You may find the same vehicle marked down somewhere else, but you won’t get the customer service anywhere else like Peters. We love our new dodge and we’ll be back when we get ready for another one!

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Bought a new Sahara, and had a problem before it made it home. Transmission wouldn`t shift. I called the dealership and they got a tow truck to my home ( approximately 70 miles ) in less than two hours. They picked up the Jeep and left another new one. This happened on Saturday, and they called on Monday and said that the Jeep was repaired. The finance Mgr delivered the Jeep to my wife and took the loaner. The check engine light was on when she started it to come home. I called them and the finance mgr came back to my home and picked it up again. They checked everything again and everything is good. They gave me a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty at mo cost to me. They also have a set of aftermarket floor mats, a spare tire cover, and a bug deflector ordered at no cost to me. These people went the extra mile to make everything right. We have had no more problems with the Jeep, and I am confident that if anything does arise it will be addressed accordingly. I highly recommend this dealership.
