Peters Chevrolet Service

I brought my 2018 Canyon in for a scheduled oil change. I was within minutes taken to Draven , the service advisor. He took care of everything . I just had to sign off . I was done within about 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the courtesy & service I received . Thanks Draven & Peters .

I had an appointment set up . When I bought my truck, my sales person, Ronny told me the first oil change is in them. I took full advantage of it . I got checked in & was out within an hour. Perfect timing . Very customer friendly service dept.

2018 Traverse

Dealer had difficulty obtaining correct part from GM. Reason given: 2018 Traverse totally redesigned and part numbers changed. Confusion about correct part/part # caused delay of repair.

Their nationwide Delivery is a joke

I purchased a truck a week ago. The salesman told me 4 days after I wired them the money that's they had a truck lined up but it wasn't wide enough. Very unprofessional. I still have no eta or answer of when the truck is even gonna be put on a truck and sent my way. Very disappointing for a dealer that advertises free nation wide delivery. If I would have known this I would have bought locally I do not recommend them.

unpromised details

This is twice I have went back to peters for service work. I have scheduled a tune up for a avalanche, the maint guy contacted me said oh yea your wiper blades are bad, your rotors I bad and need replaced, made no ETA or price. I said ok. so around 4pm I called and said whats the status of the vehicle and he said oh no its not going to be ready, I was very surprised said what are rotors I thought rotors on wiper blades, he said the rotors on the front wheel, I ask how long and how much he said its at least a 6 hour job and the total would be 2500.00 I told him I was very disappointed and fine I would pay but would not do service with them no more. he said oh well. the next day, I had to call again and ask about my vehicle and again it was not done till 5pm the next day. a routine tune up of me planning on spending 1000.00 turned into me spending 2200.00 no apologizes or nothing. better off I got a survey the next couple of days told them all about it and was told that someone would be contacting me soon about this matter and I am still waiting to be contacted about this matter. I will never do business with peters again. YOU have to call and follow up on your own vehicle, Eddie and the other service reps are [non-permissible content removed]. I paid for something that was never explained to me or told to me how much till after wards. I take my vehicle to a place because they are the experts but they take advantage of the customers that are not versed on auto mechanics. beware of peters bait and switch technique . If they were really concerned someone would be contacting me but still zero for zero including their following up customer service skills as well. bottom line was this I believe it was 900.00 in parts all the rest was labor !!!!! buyer beware

Unorganized service/sales

I have bought 2 cars from peters and both times I have been very disappointed in my sales person and the service department. Salesman was always in a hurry to get me out of there, made promises and never kept them, everytime I go to the service dept for even just an oil change its hours when they tell you 30 min. The only time I was happy with my service is when a salesman by the name of Lee F. helped me to solve a problem that my original salesman James P. didnt have the time or care if I got the problem fixed. I will never visit, buy or use this dealership again I have said that many times to myself but I keep going back because the location is so convenient but never again it horrible there.

Wonderful...Couldn't ask for an easier experience

We had a great experience buying our truck from Bob Roberts. He listened to what we needed and wasn't pushy or high pressure. We told him our price range, and he got it there the first time! Now, we're in the market for another vehicle. Scott Peters has been the salesman and has done an excellent job. He's totally work with us on the price range. He let us take an extended test drive, and gone above and beyond what was expected. I love that they don't use any high pressure sales tactics. They've set the bar high for all the other dealerships! Give them a visit.
