Great Customer Service

by bsandy88 on 10/03/2016

Everyone was so friendly at the dealership. I appreciate the customer service they gave me. They called me several times after the sale to make sure I was completely satisfied. I felt like I have a relationship and loyalty with the dealership. I will definitely be back!

Find another dealer

by bladeoftruth on 12/22/2014

Deceptive is how I would describe this dealer. The dealer removes and laminates the sticker, which made our situation easy to exploit. When we sat to talk business the car we test drove was taken somewhere, even though it was already fully prepared to drive away. I think this was done because the VIN # was probably different from what we agreed to. We never got the laminate, which had all kinds of negative values on it - very odd (that is all I can remember as I was only allowed to see it momentarily). We never found the original paperwork or sticker sheet after we drove away. The finance agreement had additional moneys added to it that we did not see (or agree to) because the finance man used a clipboard that had the paperwork folded underneath the signature area where we signed. In essence our signatures fraudulently appeared on the folded paperwork we did not see until a long time later. These are the worst kind of people: They gain your trust then deceive you.

BAIT AND SWITCH

by waxahachiejoe on 08/08/2014

This dealer listed a used 2013 Infiniti online for $25,888. The listing specifically said it had navigation. When I called they confirmed it was available and the price. When I called back to buy it, they told me they missed $700 shop bill and the price is now $26,500. I thought about it a while and decided to take it. Living 2 hours away, I asked the Nick the internet "manager" to verify it has navigation before I drive down there. He said he'd check. When I called back he said it does NOT have the navigation listed in the autotrader ad.

Best car deal for the best price!!!

by TitanForever on 12/05/2013

Patterson Nissan is known for its great customer service and best price in East Texas. After buying a Nissan Titan from Patterson, now I know this to be true. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I will tell all my friends about Patterson Nissan. I can't imagine anyone going anywhere else!

Unethical dealership who takes advantage of elderly and woman

by bubbaj1 on 10/02/2013

Don't buy a car from this dealership. They are dishonest and will lie and take advantage of elderly people and women. They added over $8000 to a recent purchase to my 77 year old aunt’s car after the told her they would sell her a car for $20,000 which was her budget. The final price of her car was over $28,715 and they refuse to give her copies of the deal sheet and a copy of the loan documents for until 2 weeks after she bought the car. The sold her Gap insurance which she didn’t need, want or understand plus added additional fees and pressure her to buy a $2400 long term maintenance contract to jack up the price to take advantage of an elderly person. She doesn’t drive that much- mainly around town and she doesn’t need a long term maintenance agreement. For her fixed income budget she need to finance $20,000 which the sales person was told by my aunt as well as myself in person and on the phone and they ended up pressuring her into a loan for $26,565.00. They discounted the car less than $500 off sticker after telling her a few days early when I was with her to test drive the car the discount would be almost $2000.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! ESPECIALLY WOMEN

by lincoe on 06/30/2008

I purchased a new 2004 Nissan Frontier Xe-V6 from Patterson Nissan in 02/25/2004. They rushed me and a few days after the sale I was looking over the Bill of Sale and noticed that the numbers did not add up to what they finally charged me for the vehicle. They ended up refunding me $430 by company check. They also put cheap step rails on the truck when they told me I was paying for Nissan step rails. I ended up paying the difference to get the cheap and sqeaky step rails replaced. Also, the Pre-Delivery Inspection Checklist had every box checked whether the feature was on my truck. They did not perform any of the checklist items. My clock was not set and the air pressure in the tires was low. They were many other items not completed. I believe that they tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman! Linda LaCoe Longview, TX
