We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful. Mr. Bounds explained everything in detail. I live in Ruston, Louisiana, and this is the second car new car we have purchased at Gorman McCracken. I loved my first car and I really love my second car.

Beyond impressive car dealership . I had Mr.Keith make sure I got the car I wanted right along with the payments I needed . I will most definitely be also getting my next car through Gorman McCracken. Thank you Keith for not being that same ole Salesman just trying to make a sale. But making sure I got something I loved .

I went by this dealership Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012 shopping for a 2013 Beetle, but it seemed to me they did not want to sell me one. It should have been a sign when I first pulled into the lot and couldn't find a parking place - I wound up parking in the Mazda used cars. I then walked around the new Beetles, while two saleswomen moved cars around the lot, but never once asked if I needed help. So I went inside looking for some help. I perused the old Karman Ghia in the center of the showroom hoping for some attention, when, from behind a desk, a woman asked if I needed something. I said, "No, I see what I need," and picked up a Beele brochure. She didn't even get up from her seat. Maybe it was the way I was dressed, in my work clothes, but I felt discriminated against. Whatever happened to the salespeople that used to jump you as soon as you got out of your car? I left there and went to the Kia dealership for a spare key, and two men met me at the door asking if I needed help. Gorman McCracken will not be selling me a car. In fact, Rusty Wallis in Garland, where we bought our first Beetle will be getting our business this very weekend. The scoring system wouldn't let me submit my review without selecting one star, but I was going to submit it without any stars.

We had bought a Passat from Freeman Toyota in Hurst and had problems with it since we drove off the lot! So we went to Gorman McCracken in hopes that we could get out from under this pile of crap and get a car that I could trust would keep running on a consistent basis! Jason in the service department when we brought in the car and Lori Griffith was so helpful and very honest when helping us find another car! She went out of her way to find the best deal that I could possibly get and still walk away with some dignity! I drove away in a 2007 Mazda 6 and I love it!
