I went in to buy an MV-1, specialty vehicle. Len was my salesperson, and he has been awesome! He got me a great interest rate for my loan. All of our needs have been met, we will and do refer to Jordan Ford.

Purchase 1999 F150 Lighting after seeing truck on your website. Although asking price was higher than others seen on the internet the condition and updates done helped. Also being located here in San Antonio from Jordan Ford Motorsports made it a good buy. The service received was excellent from start to finish. Exceptional Service

Purcased a Toyota Seqouia after months of looking. I was not able to make it to the dealership to see the SUV so salesperson Barry Martin went out of his way and brought me the SUV to see it at work. I loved it so we purchased it that same day. Great job Barry and Jordan Ford.

Great Service, Great Dealership

This is our 3rd vehicle in about 5 years, and the service Charlie Brown gave us, was great. Between working with us on our trade-in, working on a price we all agreed on, and even drove the truck to my house to see if i liked it. He went above and beyond, which is why we continue to use him and Jordan Ford. We purchased a 2014 King Ranch F150 and love it. Thanks again.

ANAZING! These two are the reason why I felt comfortable buying my Fusion. They were patient and made sure I knew how to work all those features on my new car. Also made sure that I was taken care of after the sale as well....not many dealers have that skill of customer service - if you want that experience, go see them.

Worth the 2 hr drive

We found a 2013 Impala at your dealership using USAA car buying service, we drove 2 hrs to come see the car. What I liked is, Charles our salesman knew this and when we got there to see it he pulled the car out and just let us get a good look at the car. I was worried about feeling pressured, but he didn't do that, he let the car sell itself. And boy, did it, we kept looking for something to be wrong with it! And came up empty. We love it!! Thank you so much.

My wife and I had a great experience buying from Jordan Motor Cars. Ask for James Hancock, he did an incredible job! He takes pride in his work, and is proud of his Ford product. James came off extremely knowledgeable about our 2013 Ford Explorer Sport. His presentation was genuine. Jordan Motor cars gave us great trade in value and worked within our budge to make the sale possible. They miss the 5 star mark because their Jordan Motor Cars Facility in Universal City was a little dated. The big store on IH 35 is top notch.

Wonderful place for first time buyer

After visiting dealership after dealership for the past two months, I finally got to to Jordan Ford. I was already pretty exhausted and as a young woman and first time car buyer, I felt many of the previous dealerships had been taking advantage of me. Joe Grier ended up being the my sales person and I am so thankful that he was. He was kind, helpful, honest and knowledgeable about the Ford Focus that I had my eye on. My parents came to co-sign for me and they were impressed with Joe as well. Joe even called me the next day to check on me and make sure I was still loving the vehicle. I am recommending Jordan Ford to everybody that I know and will continue to shop there for future purchases.

Explorer, 2016; excellent service. Salesman was helpful, patient and at no time pushy. At no time did he pressure me and allowed me the time to decide what was best for me. He kept in touch with me while getting the car I wanted. I would choose Jordan Ford again.

everyone was great from ben and then tony i glad i came to you guys i went to temple texas i was told i would have to wait up to 2-3 months you guys had it there. the olny thing i can bad it that my rear ford emblem is scatched but i can live with that.....lol GOD BLESS DONT WORRY ABOUT THE EMBLEM ITS MINOR......
