Having negotiated a quote and finilizing on the price. Sales person Daniel Colchado was great. The final steps were somewhat a sham, got talked into a extended warranty and the next day I opted out of that option.then was told, sadly I would have to wait 4-6 weeks to see a difference and that the payment would stay at the higher rate. This was not even 24 hrs when I opted out of the extended warranty.

Had the bad idea to go shop at Family Chevrolet because of the TV ads stating of no credit, poor credit, etc., no problem!, well that is not true. The salesman made me waste my Sunday and Monday. He took my application and said I was approved and to go the following day to view cars and select the one I liked. They had many cars in the lot and I did not get a chance to even look at them. The next day, I go he said that with my credit I could only get a 2009 Dodge Journey. I asked him if I could choose anything else and he said "no". He did not even have the car there for me to see. He did not even have the time to show me that car, he said because it was in the back. All the time they had us sitting there in the lobby waiting, all the salesmen were in an office laughing and carrying on. What kind of business is this? The advertisement is all wrong. They mislead people and make you waste your time. I ended up buying a 2013 car elsewhere, no deposit, no problem. Bad choice going to Family Chevrolet of Laredo. Not professional people at all.
