Overall GREAT experience

Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly, and helpful. And every single person followed thru to make sure we were happy. Our salesman made sure we got the exact car we wanted, and took the time to show us every feature our car had to offer. He never pressured us into purchasing, or do anything we weren’t comfortable with. Mario in finance made sure we understood everything, and that we weren’t charged for anything we weren’t okay with. They both have even responded to me since my purchase with questions I had. And that alone was comforting to me. I don’t feel like just a number on the board. I am part of the Dennis Eakin family. Jeff and Mario are a true asset to this team! If you’re uneasy about purchasing, at least give these people a try. I promise they will make the experience different from any other experience you’ve ever had.

Everyone from sales to finance were low-key and interested in making my experience pressure free and smooth. Caitlyn is sales seemed to make it her mission to make sure my questions were answered and really took her time showing me all the features of the SUV I purchased. Marcus in finance was just great!

From the first communication from the internet department (Larissa, who was so prompt and efficient in her duties I thought she was my sales person, haha), to our sales rep (Lashanda, who was unbelievably FUN and an absolute pleasure to deal with), to the warm welcome and caring demeanor shown by the finance manager (here is where her name fails me, but she exuded confidence and professionalism), my experience was among the best I’ve ever had in my 30 years of buying vehicles. There is a reason we’ve bought two cars at this dealer before, and people like those above are the reason we’ll continue to return and recommend. The Black K5 is just what I wanted and you delivered on all accounts.

It was excellent as always. I came in and was acknowledged and waited on right away. We discussed the need for an oil change and decided on the fuel injection check-up instead, as the car had had an oil change recently. Mr. Barker said it would be about an hour and it was. He went over everything that was done, asked if I had any questions (I didn't; his explanations were thorough), and got me on my way. Wonderful!

This is the second time around that we've been here and it is always a wonderful experience. Everyone we come in contact with is kind, respectful, and helpful. The customer service is superb. Clint and Mario are an awesome team together. Clint is upbeat and helpful. Mario listens and has a good attention to detail. If you want a great buying experience they certainly make this a reality. The difference between selling, and helping to buy.

I went in for an oil change and walked away with an amazing deal and a brand new car. They were even able to get me a better loan with 3% less interest, saving me hundreds of dollars, and I'm disabled on a fixed income. But every step of the way they ensured it fit my budget. Shawn Whitaker and Mario Sense were amazing, human, and treated me like a friend. They followed through on everything they said, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Shawn even promptly responded to my calls and questions after I drove off the lot, and if you have a chance to buy a car from her, I strongly recommend it if not just for the chance to meet this amazing woman. Truly good people. Really cool cars that feel good to drive. Going anywhere else, for me, would be an unneccessary risk at this point.
