SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH , just got scammed by this dealer , I bought the 2014 frontier there , the sticker on the windshield was msrp $27220.00 , I told the salesman that's too much , he laughed and told me go ahead and make an offer , I told him I want 24 or 25k for it , he says he can do that , for the trading , I have 08 Honda civic EX with 77.500 miles , NAVIGATION , sunroof , good condition , they want $4500 for it ( seriously ? ) 1/2 price on bluebook value ? after dealing with this guy ( James W. ) we agreed with $5500 . During the deal with the frontier , I told him I want the step bars to be install on the truck , he told me let he check with the part department and keep walk around ..finally , its time to sign the paper and take the truck home after hours in the dealer , I was so tired , hungry ...just want to hurry up to finished it and leave , when all paper works done and standing out side waiting for them to filled up the gas in the truck , I looked at the paper real fast and damn , they sold me $27220 for the that truck , not even $1 off , and no parts that was asking for , I know its was my fault not to read the papers before signed , I was thought I trust the guy , came back inside and looking for him to point that out , then he start talking nonsense and told me its too late , the deal is done ?? , I called him back today for the step bars , he want $280 & something for them , the Nissan dealer on Temple selling them $220 , Amazon.com selling $130 free shipping , I mean , come on man , get real , I SHOULD GOT THEM INSTALLED FOR FREE after you guys ripped me off by thousands , I found the same 2014 Nissan frontier crew cab SV at the other dealer for $22674 [HTML removed] , what a rip off, so be careful with this dealer , all they want is to rip you off , I don't know why my friends bought too many cars here , in fact , they took me to that bates Nissan to buy that truck lol , I will never again walking to that dealer under any circumstance

I am a new subscriber and felt like relaying my experience on the purchase of my Titan and Maxima. I found my truck and the fianace guys work hard to get me a great interest rate and my payments where I needed them. No fuss or mess, they just "made it happen", there logo by the way, and it is very appropriate. Damon the finance guy was patient and clearly explained to me any questions I had. When it came time to trade the wifes mazda, we didn't heitate to goto Bates Nissan. I dealt with Mr. Mills and Mr. Miranda that time, and also a terrific experience. I also get both my vehicles service at Bates. The staff is competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I have sent my relatives to Bates and they still talk to me. LOL. I highly reccomend Bates Nissan

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. My sales consultant Mark was very professional and did not play tricks on me. The finance manager was very good and efficient, they gave me all the info over the phone, since I told them I had a 3 month old baby and couldn't be waiting for them whie the deal was being worked up. Mark took the time to find me the car I wanted...he even got me the color I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock. I am an informed customer and made an informed decision, I like to shop around so I contacted 4 dealers before making a decision, all of them were offering me higher rates, playing tricks on me, one finance manager did a lousy job and not professional, I decided to go with BATES because of their professionalism, seriousness and speed. I went on Thrusday and I had my car Friday night. Nice service, customer service, no tricks, no lies. I am a sales person myself and I got a good vibe from them. My car was $3000 under sticker price..nice job!
