I recently purchased a Camaro at West Houston BMW in Katy Tx . They never used high pressure sales tactics that usually accompany me buying a vehicle.It was a smooth and easy experience. I live several hundred miles from dealership and Sam ( sales mgr) made it a pleasure to purchase from the sale to the shipping of vehicle to my location. They kept me informed and handled everything from beginning to end. I would recommend anyone who wants a good car buying experience to contact them.

Staff was very courteous, responsive, and professional. Our senior sales representative was helpful, and explained what he was doing and what the next steps were during my visitation and subsequent purchase. The dealership presented a comfortable environment to be in. The presentation of the cars in the dealership was open and very accessible. All in all a pleasant shopping experience. Expect to spend a fair portion of the day to make your purchase, but once on the way the shop does a beautiful job of making the car presentable and a work of art.

I just made another purchase at this Sonic Automotive dealership and couldn’t be happier. This is my 2nd purchase from them and I can honestly attest to the fact that they are attentive, fair, and customer service oriented. My sales rep Cornelius went out of his way to take my new 2021 Ford F150 Lariat to a Ford dealership for a full diagnosis of the vehicle to ensure me I would be happy with the vehicle if I made the purchase. I have had great prior service for my BMW. This time, it was a little off. I was left standing in the service area when my vehicle was ready. When I walked to it, I could see that it was dirty; past visits, the vehicle was clean. An employee asked if he could help, I indicated that vehicle had not been washed. He immediately took it to wash. Then I returned to the service advisor's stand to wait again. He returned to Service area, but went to talk to another service advisor.

Jacob Garza is great. This is the 4th BMW we purchased from him since 2017. His response time was extremely quick after my initial message. He had the car I was interested in ready for test driving and worked up an attractive trade in for my previous BMW. All of this made it very easy to make the decision, conduct business and make the transaction happen. His assistant, Evan was also very helpful in explaining the new car’s features, etc. providing Jacob with an assist was a good idea. I was able to observe the value add with the arrangement. After observing Jacob interact with multiple customers during my waiting periods, I thought to myself that it would benefit the dealership to get him a 2nd assistant. After the agreement and initial signature process was completed, Corey Pitre was very easy to work with during the loan processing. No games, just good service and friendly conversation. It is noticeable and appreciated. Now that my sales experience is complete, I am looking forward to taking possession of the car after the ding is worked out of the door. Am hoping your service department can match the quality of service of your sales team.
