Really!!!!!

I was interested in buying , made the hour plus drive, waited on salesperson. Test drove vehicle, salesperson not very personable, knowledge and made statements that he thought I might believe. HA. Then to paperwork work given different price quote than on website, all numbers not jiving, manager no help either. Picked up my keys and left. Not impressed at all. Good luck. Gave 1 star because couldn't post without it.........I would give a negative five.

Best Possible Experience

I went to this dealership and had an idea for the type of car I was looking for but I wasn't really sure. After meeting and talking to one of the salesman Blake Terry, he helped me look and find a car that was exactly what I wanted. The customer service here is unmatched and their willingness to work with their clients shows how much they really care about their customers. Definitely one of the best if not the best experience in any sort of sales business. I've already recommended this dealership and Blake to people and they've all come back with similar responses. This is a great dealership that really uphold their value on customer service!!!

Don Herring Jr., Jason B., and Tim C. got me into a brand new 2013 Mitsubishi Evolution MR. The service was absolutely phenomenal. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and I received an amazing deal on the Evolution. I have never been treated this well at a dealership before. I will be back.

This is the 1st time I was able to buy a car from a dealer and really felt happy about the experience.I did not feel pressured into buying a car of lesser value just because my credit score was fairly poor at the time of my purchase.The staff treated me with respect and was very helpful and friendly durring the entire process.They did everything possible to help me get the car I wanted.The amount of time involved was much less than I had expected.I was walking when I went in and was driving when I left.This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.I also would like to say that I purchased a good car for the price that was settled on.I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes.

Stay away from this dealer

Stay away from this dealer. Its not reputable at all. I should of read other reviews before. Get everything in writing. Dont take any of their words. They took my deposit on a car and sold it to somebody else. now they want me to buy a different model and says that they wont refund my $500 deposit. Worst car buying experience ever. will be taking legal action to recover my deposit and court cost. Also will be writing to BBB. They will see that an unhappy customer is not worth the $500 deposit. I told them I will be leaving a negative feedback. Instead of taking care of my concerns, the general sales manager decided to post positive review of the dealership on Google. Will post updates later. I am still dealing with them.

My family and I have bought several (12 to be exact) vehicles from Don Herring Mitsubishi in the past and I cant say enough about how great this dealership is. The sales department is always friendly and helpful, every purchase was fast and easy. The service department always greets me with a smile and they explain every issue and charge and are (which I know is rare in dealerships) affordable! My family and I will always do business with Don Herring Mitsubishi! Thank you Mr. Herring for making all of my purchases easy!

Uncaring and Undependable

If you are looking for a dealership to be friendly and dependable, look somewhere else. My truck was totalled and was needing to find an affordable vehicle pretty fast. One of the salesmen and the manager was unconcerned about my situation and uninterested in providing quality service. Neither of them returned phone calls and when they said they would call you at a certain time on a certain day, they didn't. The manager was rude when asked if he could beat a price of another dealer and when he did lower the car $100.00, he stated he was moving the cars fast and didn't need to beat any prices really. I ended up getting my car at Lewisville Mitsubishi (a 2008 Eclipse SE) and financed it for below 8%. They were friendly, caring and showed me a variety of vehicles affordable so I could have a pick. Even got a free GPS. system!
