False Advertising!

Advertised a really cheap vehicle to get you to call them. Once you call - they can't locate the vehicle in their inventory. Then they try to sell you a new high priced vehicle.

Treated like family

I have purchased several automobiles over the last 15 years from the Southwest Auto Group. I let them know what I'm interested in, my payment plans and they have always made it happen. Chris and Kevin have helped me out just like I was part of their family.

Poor Customer Service, Salesman Physically grab my arm.

I went to buy a new truck. They refused to help or answer any questions about there promotion. Told me to go read the fine print. This was all over a $500 dollar promotion. I just spent 4 hours there, and I wasn't about to try to read anything. I realize I wasn't going to deal with a company like them. The salesman grab me by the arm and restrain me from leaving his office. I yelled and told him he need to let me go. I have never in my days gone to buy something where i was physically grab by someone. So now I letting everyone know my experience and to find another dealer. I ended up sticking with ford. I ended up receiving $3500 dollars more on my trade in, and I ended up getting a new truck for $2000 dollars cheaper... and it was a 2016 not a 2015. So buyer beware... There just looking to fleece your pocket... nothing about service, family owned, or small town when it comes to this dealer.

A Great Experience

This was my first time to purchase a vehicle with any dealership. From the moment our family walked into the door we were greeted by Drew and Lee which were very courteous and respectful. We ended up buying a vehicle from them that day and got a great deal. They patiently spoke to us about the options, selections, and inventory. I was extremely impressed not only with our vehicle that we purchased but how well these two gentlemen were able to help, and guide us through the process. I would not only recommend everyone that has a need for a vehicle visit this dealership, but also ask for Lee or Drew because they would attentively serve your need.

Very Impressed

We were very impressed by SouthWest Ford. Roy Dooley was our salesperson in purchasing a new vehicle. He explained our options, but didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want. We liked his salesmanship so much that we purchased a pre-owned vehicle for our daughter a month later. When our son was in the market for a vehicle, we called Roy and he arranged to show him vehicles within his price range. Our son bought a very nice, low mileage truck. So within a six month period, our family has purchased three vehicles from SouthWest Ford and Roy Dooley. We know exactly where to go when it's time for our next vehicle purchase.

Great Experience

I purchased a 2011 f250 diesel 4*4. I never like buying new cars I always felt like I was getting beat up. There were no pushy salesmen the price I was quoted is the price i paid. No games at finance I recommend this dealer for your next new car.

My experience with Roy Dooley

My wife and I saw a Mustang that we were looking for at Southwest Ford inventory and off we went to Weatherford. Upon arriving there we was greeted by Roy Dooley. We went for a test drive and told Roy that this was our anniversary and I was ready to buy this Mustang for my wife for the right price. With out hesitation Roy went to work for us and came back with a price we couldn't refuse and off we went on our anniversary dinner in my wifes new 2012 Mustang. Good job Roy! Troy McFarland

Go Elsewhere

The salesman was new, had no idea about Ford Trucks. He never offered suggestions or options; we looked at the first truck I noticed that met my needs and we took a drive; he had to get someone else to help with the basics of the sale. The Finance Manager was a [violative content deleted]; he tried to change the price and insurance rate even after we had agreed on both with the sales person. Almost walked out three times and in hindsuight I should have. Sales Manager (Mike Waitkus) finally showed up after I raised a stink (and I am an easy sell, already knew what I wanted) and then gave me nothing but a hollow "I'm sorry"; this is not the customer service I was expecting after hearing so much hype about how buying in the country is a better deal. And with all the advertising they do in Dallas/Ft.Worth...never again. After finally doing the paperwork I was handed the keys and sent on my way, no walk through, no explanations, nada. I had to figure out how to turn on the lights on my own, on the way home, I had no guidance. Being a "Car guy" I thought I could figure it out. I had to go back the next day (a 60 mile drive round trip and no offer of compensation) to have another salesman do a walk around and explain the features...like Sync, I didn't know anything about it, what it did, what features it has, etc. (I guess that makes me a dummy for leaving without getting more infomation?). This was a horrible experience and I would never go back. I encourage you to go elsewhere, there are plenty of other Ford dealers that have to do better than Southwest.
