Purchase ok - no second key provided

Transaction to purchase truck was smooth. However, no additional truck key was sent with the license plates as promised. No one would even check to see if there ever was a second key. Paid cash for the truck there was no reason not to give the 2nd key when the sale was completed. Now have to paid to have the truck re-keyed as it can't be programed without the second key! Buyer Beware and Ask for ALL keys before giving any money. The truck was also on empty when we left the lot. Would have been nice to have at least a half tank of Gas.
