Moment you walk in Sterling McCall Toyota, you are impressed by the attention you get. Everybody is proactive and customer friendly. I was catered by Mr Salim Adil and he got me a deal of a lifetime. He was honest to the core and didn't hesitate to put the pros and cons in front of me and my wife. Don't miss that fantastic coffee maker as well. This was a stellar experience

The engine makes noise under starting acceleration. It sounds like a diesel would be my best description. The video of the service indicates the “loud” noise us due to direct fuel injection and is “normal”. They found no faults ir warnings.

This dealership is no longer giving 5% off for AAA memberships. Overpriced. Also, a product warranty was imposed on me without asking. I didn't want it, yet had to pay for it.

Too long wait time. Lack of communication!

I went in at 9am for oil change and I received a call at 10:30am that my car will be ready in 20 minutes. I waited till 12:30pm then to I went to the check out register and asked the lady name Rose the status on my car, the lady told me I would receive an email or text/call if not then go outside and check with the agent assigned to my car because she doesn’t have anything. I went outside to check with the agent and he said your car was done a little after I called you at 10:30am. I went back inside to the same lady and asked her again. This time I asked her don’t you have my paperwork? She said yes but you wanted to check the status on your vehicle. I said to her but you had my finished paperwork on your desk. So she said you didn’t let me finish and you walked outside. She didn’t even ask for my name. She didn’t check her desk for my paperwork. She just directed me to go speak to my assigned agent. I wasted 2 hours in there because they failed to contact me and instead of apologizing she was saying i walked out to speak to the agent when she was the one to send me out.

Great experience with Juan Camilo Ospina! Definitely coming back. He was extremely helpful and knowlegeable; answered all of my questions and concerns. And while I had one vehicle in mind that was in an offsite location, Camilo found me an even nicer and newer vehicle which he personally went to get it and drove it to me. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, he is definitely the salesperson you need!

HORRIBLE

I am completely disgusted with this dealership. Especially with Jordan Abuain (saleman) and his manager, Frank. We called first thing Saturday and ended up working a deal over the phone. We agreed on putting a deposit to hold the vehicle as we couldn't make it out until Monday due to our jobs. We trusted them. They accepted our deposit and we moved our entire schedule around for Monday in order to go pick up the vehicle. That evening (the same day) we received a call from the manager, Frank, stating that they just sold the vehicle!!!! Then he started trying to lie and make excuses to cover up what they did to us!!!! They sold the car from underneath us after clearly making the deal with us and taking our deposit!!! It's completely disheartening and disgusting. Do not trust these people with your business or your money!
