Upon arrival I was seen almost immediately; no complaints there. My car was inspected and they placed me in a very nice rental( I swear they do that on purpose) teehee. I was texted and sent a video of the technician explaining what was going on with my car, this is so important and I love that they do this, an excellent honesty policy. When I returned, Josh greeted me and he went over all my options. I wasn’t treated like a cash cow, he explained financial options as well. He was extremely knowledgable about my car, I felt very confident in his abilities. I walked away a very happy customer and will be returning again. Please don’t wait too late, your car deserves a check up as often as you do.

I’ve been getting my cars serviced at this location for 11 years. I’m now questioning whether I will continue. Was given a written estimate and told work would be completed in a few hours. 2-3 hours later was told the cost would be $208 more and car wouldn’t be ready for 4 days. Received an invoice for yet another amount which I paid only to be asked to pay more since invoice was incorrect. I refused and they accepted my payment. I sincerely hope this is not the new normal or I’ll take my cars elsewhere.

The salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were given wrong information a number of times. The salesperson spent very little time explaining how to use all the features on the car I bought.

Spent almost 3 hours before able to leave car dealership. Very strand and stressful. Two kes were promised during negotiations but only one key was provided. No complimentary gifts was provided with all the inherent delay from this transaction. Anyone who can afford an expensive Suv like 2024 Lexus deserves a better treatment and experience. Will not recommend this dealership by any means.

my service person Ashley is wonderful. My car was in and out in about an hour and a half before it’s 10,000 mile service and Ashley kept me informed the whole way.

Lexus RX350H

The vehicle is fantastic. A major negative is that we had to wait 8 months to get the vehicle that we wanted with the features that we wanted. I was hoping to get some kind of compensation for staying loyal and waiting instead of going elsewhere but to no avail. I will admit that the vehicle was worth the wait and except for the wait, the experience with our sales rep and the dealer was great.

I've had the misfortune of ruining my wheels across the curb twice since buying my new Lexus in Dec. My bad! Anyway the service team has refinished the wheels to perfection born times. Yes it cost me, but maybe I'll learn from it if I have to keep paying! 😆

When l was welcomed to Cris Garner's office, l told him that l was there to buy a car. He immediately went about the business of selling me one! It was with a sigh of relief that the process was seamless. But then, that's what l have come to expect of the business acumen of the Sterling McCall staff. I drove away in a beautiful, state of the arts, luxury Lexus 300 h with a smile on my face.

Best Car Buying Experience

I hate buying a car because the process usually takes a long time. But this time I was in and out in record speed. Told my sale person, Hai Nguyen I need to be in and out quick due to family matters. Hai got all the paper work ready for me when I arrived. Finance department was a breeze too. Then Hai took some time to quickly go over some of the car features with me. I’m supper happy with the friendly and professional service Hai provided. Highly recommend to others and would definitely come back again here for my next Lexus.

They try to SCAM me from the beginning!!

Came in for oil change. Our advisor said “I see you haven’t had an oil change for years” if he checked my windshield sticker and carfax I just had an oil change 3000 miles ago. They saw my coolant was empty so they recommended that I replace my water pump for $1,300. They also recommended a bunch of other services that they said that was “necessary” but if they just check carfax, all most of the items was serviced months ago. Anyways long story short, since my coolant supposedly had a leak and it was empty. I asked them if they could fill it up for me. They told me I can buy a gallon at the service desk and fill it up myself. I will never go to this place again. All they do is try to scam female drivers.

Excellent service experience

I am new to the Lexus family and will likely drive this brand until I can’t anymore. The service at Sterling McCall was excellent. I was promptly attended to and waited in the lobby for the initial assessment. The customer lobby is well equipped with strong wi-fi, a cafe and different spaces to meet varying needs. I was able to work, hop on a meeting all while waiting. I ended up leaving my car for service and was offered a loaner car. That process was seamless as well and was offered the choice of a sedan or SUV. Parts that I ordered were ready when I returned my vehicle to pick up my vehicle the next day.
