pros: plenty of parking, great selection as I was looking for an Rx450h which was less common, salesman was friendly and helpful cons: nobody approached me for help, very pretentious environment, gave less than kelley blue book for trade in and could overhear supervisor saying customer can sell it himself when I inquired about a higher trade in, car was not cleaned upon delivery

Lexus RX350 Purchase

We purchased a new Lexus RX350 from Northside Lexus in Houston. The salesman, Barry Bartel, was very easy to work with. There was no high pressure, and he worked to get us the exact car we wanted at a price we could manage. The finance manager, Christian Craioveanu, was very pleasant to work with, and we were very happy with the financing he was able to arrange for us. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone desiring to purchase a Lexus!

The overall experience at Northside Lexus was excellent. The salesman was very helpful and sincere; not pushy at all. I had a color combination preference and he told me he would call when one came into the dealership. He kept his word and called when one came in that he thought I would like. I bought a certified pre-owned and am very happy with my car and also with the salesman who went the extra mile to make this customer happy. The finance department, the service advisors and the valet are all top notch. Northside has won a customer for life!

I never knew how truly great buying a car could be until I met Eddie and David at Northside Lexus. They went above and beyond any dealership or salesman ever have. I have bought five other cars but this is my first lexus. I am getting my husband and mother one too! Thanks to everyone there that made it Epic!

My great experience buying a new RX 350

All went very nicely, starting with our sales rep, Don Holifield, whol was most instrumental in finding the auto I was looking for, which really is quite "rare" as it has a quite different interior. He realized rather quickly that this was the one that was suited to me and worked with me and your staff there to get the car for me, all with zero pressure and a wonderful attitued

Buying a new car is usually not a pleasant transaction but Lexus changed that. Nick was wonderful...no pressure, very pleasant, very informed. We would not hesitant to buy from him again. Grace was also very pleasant and very helpful. We are senior citizens and have a hard time learning the new tech ideas. She had patience with us and explained everything. We also appreciated the pictures she took of us with our new car. We would definitely recommend Northside Lexus and Nick. This is our first Lexus and it won't be our last. Northside Lexus beat Porsche of North Houston in courtesy and service.

Michael Van Cleave is a straight shooter and kept to his word--which has not my experience with other Lexus salespeople or dealers. The car that he sold me had more than what I expected. Michael took excellent care. No pressure selling. The other staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Keep up the fine work!!!!

My wife and I have been acquainted with the sales and service staff for many years as many of them have been patrons of her restaurant and/or have been patients of mine. Our dear friend Dan Boone introduced us to the quality of Lexus before he passed away. My wife bought her Lexus through Don Hollifield. We were impressed with his professional gentlemanly demeanor as well as his thorough knowledge of the Lexus line. He determined what Georgettes auto habits and needs were before he provided salient options. This made selection easy and comfortable. My experience was similar. We now own two Lexus vehicles.
