Worst dealer ever!!! They advertise a price in their website for a new Santa Fe for 32,770. I contacted Randy Todd to check on availability and price. After 3 or 4 emails, he never gave me any information. Then I called the dealership. Zach was the person who attended the phone. He said they have the car. I made an appointment. When I showed up, Zach was not in the store. Marlon, another seller took over. He showed the car. Then he came with the numbers. Oh my God, they do FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The price was like 15,000 more on what was in their website. I asked why and Marlon said that is what his boss said. I asked to speak with the manager. He came and I said that the price he gave me is not the same as the website. He said in few words it is what it is. I pointed that in they website said they have no hidden prices. THAT IS A LIE. Be careful doing business with North Freeway Hyundai. They for sure try to scam you. Find a different dealership if you can

We visited North Freeway Hyundai when we were in the market for our new family vehicle & were very happy with the professional service we received from the time we arrived to our new vehicle delivery. I have been doing research & comparing various manufacturers SUV’s for the last 3 months and decided that the Palisade was the best fit for my family. Glad North Freeway Hyundai staff made it a great experience.

I was in the market for a new car. I came to North Freeway Hyundai and was greeted by Joshua Cortes, one of their incredible sales people. He guided me through the process with professionalism and absolutely no hard sales tactics. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with honesty and I was so impressed that I left with a 2022 Tuscon that day! I cannot recommend North Freeway enough and especially Joshua

I'm so glad I went to North Freeway Hyundai I had the vest experience buying my Palisade from Ismael. Honestly I would have paid more for my palisade than what I did. Go to North Freeway Hyundai and ask for Ismael.

This dealership is great! Respected my wishes on working everything over the phone due to Covid. My salesman was very attentive and had all paperwork and car ready to go when I arrived. 10/10 would recommend buying your car here!! After searching for about a month for what seemed like a fair deal in today’s market North Freeway Hyundai made that happen for me. Pleased with my decision to take my business here. Will definitely be back!

These guys made it really easy. I walked in, was greeted immediately and told them what I was looking for. We looked at 3 trim levels of a Sonata. While I was test driving, they appraised my car. We sat down, haggled a little bit and came to an agreement. In and out of finance in no time. Car was ready and I was on my way home before I knew it. I had my 2 kids with me and they didn’t even have time to get frustrated. My salesman even bought them something from the vending machine. Beautiful store and great people.

Sales Rep Dan was great. Very attentive, friendly, funny, and very helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and I came out with what I wanted. Financial Rep Anthony was great as well, both Reps helped me get through my first time car buying experience. Definitely would recommend someone looking to buy a car to go to North Freeway Hyundai for a great experience.

JD was excellent, but I didn't say anything after I left the dealership with the vehicle, I decided to fix the things I found myself. The fuel gauge was broken, the AC stop working the day after, there was also 1 or 2 small things but it is something I can take care of myself. Nothing bad about JD, he was very helpful. I just think the service dept slipped a little. It is hard to say esp when you read about things like that online. I should have checked harder than what I did. Beside those things, it is a solid vehicle and hopefully I won't have anymore issues once I have those I have found fixed. No worries.

My husband and I had an incredible experience at this dealership. We were beginning to lose faith in the industry with the experiences we were getting at other dealerships. From the moment we walked in the door and interacted with the personnel here, we knew it was different. The longer we stayed and talked to people, the more impressed we were. So impressed, we returned later in the day and drove off with a new car.

The team at this dealer were awesome. I worked with Justin in sales. The first non-Hyundai car I test drove I didn't love. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a Tucson in my price range. I absolutely loved it. Justin was a total pleasure to work with. I got a used car but the best part is it still has a warranty up to 100,000 miles. I then had to do financing and worked with Tony. Totally awesome! The whole experience was great, easy to deal with and all the people were really nice.
