Chance not only worked up a price that was fair but also helped secure my lowest interest rate. Best buying experience ever

Best buying experience ever. Took all of 9 minutes. The truck was ready for a drive when I arrived. The paperwork was ready when I returned and we had a deal in 4 minutes. Finance took 5 minutes to sign. I was out in 15 minutes. Brett Barr took another 30 minutes to show me every single feature on the truck. That has never happened before. Walked me through service. Customer for life

Brett Barr and Chris Sudduth were excellent helping us through the whole car buying experience. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the Chevys. I understand that the service department is very busy but to drop your car off at 7am for an appointment that was scheduled and for them to tell you it will be ready at 4p and by 6p they still can not even quote you a price is horrible service. Then they say we will call you first thing in the am with a quoted price, and by 12 noon you have to call them and the tech is at lunch and they still dont have a price for my vehicle. Then they say we will call you when the tech comes back from lunch, 3 hrs later still no call... Horrible customer service, I do not recommed this dealership service department
