Great customer service and Price

Great customer service and an awesome price. These guys were able to give us the price we wanted, and they did it with class. Our sales person William Lomax was great, he sped through the boring parts and spent his time on all the interesting aspects of car buying, like the vehicle handover. Will definitely buy form them again.

Great deals and excellent service

I bought my son a used car for college. They were patient with me even though I took a long time to make a selection and the sales rep was never pushy. I also appreciate how quickly the transaction went.

Amazing customer service

The people here were amazing. They really took great care of me and I can not imagine ever buying or leasing a car from anyone else. Dentrez Hunter, Kent Allee and the others were professional, friendly and worked the best deal I could have hoped for. Truly Exceptional experience.

Great Dealership with Exceptional Service

Adina, Internet Manager, was fantastic. She got the price for the Camry SE I wanted over the phone. All I had to do was go in and finish the buying process. She and all the employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. They really know how to make each buyer feel special. The experience was unlike the other dealerships I have been to.

Used Car Purchased

This is the second time that I have purchase a vehicle from Joe Myer Toyota. Both of the vehicles were used. Mind you, it is a car dealership and you will be doing the bartering and the back and forth, but they are very nice. Best experience at a dealership I have found. They offer the car fax and are generally easy to work with. I would go to them again.

Very honest and professional

I recently bought a new Toyota Sienna from Gabe T. at Joe Myers Toyota. The price and all details were set ahead of time using Sam's Club auto buying program. The price was actually below Edmunds TMV and much better then trying to negotiate a price (I tried Fred Haas Toyota World first but they were very dishonest). Gabe was honest, professional and everything went very smoothly when I arrived to pick up the car. He even called me a week later to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions I might have.

Used carwoo service to find the best deal. Very pleasant experience - from the first contact to driving the car out of the dealership. Alex A. is a great person and a very professional salesman, his colleagues at Joe Myers Toyota were helpful too. I like the approach to customers at this dealership - no pushing, no hassles, everything done in a polite and timely manner! Bought a car and need costly Repairs already

I bought a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from the dealer with warranty and it needs costly repairs already. My ac system went out my belts and breaks need to be replaced as they are sqeaking. On the car fax it showed the belts and front breaks were replaced, however clearly they were not since they are squeaking bad. People can hear me coming from miles away. Also the ac system should not go out after I buy a car. I called them about this and they made me feel that I would have to pay for some or if not all repairs. I am not doing that and they need to cover all repairs for free. I am not giving them another dime! Very poor customer service. The car has 10,000 more mile than it was listed on the internet. I feel I was ripped off.

Excellent customer service

I knew what car that I wanted to buy including all the feautures, color, etc. I requested a quote from all the Toyota dealers in the Houston area and I found their quote was the second best, but he was more detail and email correspondance was fast. Alex A. answered all my questions and concerns over e-mail and phone. They worked with us on the price and additional features. Very happy with the whole experience.

Avoid this dealer and general manager Joe Rocco like the plague !

Yes, I bought a car in the used car dept connected to the main lot about two years ago. I was not impressed with what I saw on the lot , tried to leave but the female salesperson when to get her mgr to talk to me. He came back with two car for me to test drive which I was still not impressed and was feeling sick and wanted to leave. Went to the bathroom and toilet overflowed, this was a sign but I stayed at the lot. I told my saleslady I wanted my money order for $500.00 back because I wasn't feeling well. This woman had already took the check somewhere, didn't want to give it back to me. The mgr tells me that he wanted me to take this car home to see if I liked the 2nd car I tested. Make a long story short, I was coerced into taking car home but filling out loan application/finance after waiting for almost til 9:00pm (2 hours for finance guy). All this with the understanding ( i thought) that I could return this car back. Once I got home there was a loud noise under the hood when I cut the radio off ?? Next morning, I hear the same noise. I called JErry Rocco, general mgr about TEN times that day after I couldn't get in touch with my saleslady or her mgr ( they purposely was not answering calls- mr skillet). Jerry Rocco finally calls me with a very nasty attitude, arrogant, obnoxious and had the nerves to CUSS me out on the Phone. JERRY ROCO threatens to call the COPS on me and my relatives (boyfriend) if I come on his lot to RETUrn the Flood damaged car and that he will send my name to the CREDit bureau to DESTRoy my CREDIT !! These people have the nerves to advertise on KCOH am which is a Christian station and treat customers in a EVIL manner ( i did not know of them from this station , i lived less than 10 minutes from this dealership). After two weeks of having this car, trying to find a lawyer to get me out of this contract since Jerry Rocco would not take car back, I ended up getting car insurance because of kids in the area who were Vandalizing cars. Jerry Rocco had car REPO/tolled in the middle of the night at 2:00 AM by some [violative content deleted] who kept saying that Jerry Rocco said I gave him BOGUS info ??? All my neighbors are outside listening and laughing, these folks barely let me get my college books and personal items out. It took over ten calls to get Jerry Rocco to return my call , when he did he was very nasty, loud by calling me a " BROAD " and he will Sue me and Damage my credit; that he is TIRED of my KIND ?? if i would have done my Homework , i would have seen all the Money that Texas Attorney GEneral made Jerry Rocco pay customers in 2004 that he SCAMMED ! I should have checked BEtter business bureau that had a poor /Failed rating for them and was about to take them off the list ! This is what happens when you RUSH , don't talk to people or check the INTERNET on businesses !! We called several lawyers, including several car dealers in the area who said that Jerry Rocco- Joe Myers Toyota had a reputation of being a [violative content deleted] dealership. We later got a car from CARMAX in less than 2 days of looking and they never called me back in 2 weeks asking for more info such as checks, address, etc like Joe Myers did (this is a bait and switch routine they use to get MORE money out of customers, especially Women). Weeks later , I get a letter that JOE Myers is taking me to COURT ?????? If you have any sense after reading this long post you would RUN Away from JOE MYERS Toyota and JERRY Rocco !!!! Goody Goody that these guys and TOYOTA company is LOSING money , sales, customers and folks are finally WISing up to this Negligent, Unprofessional and Ruthless company and its dealers/staff !!!!!!!!!!

Bait and Switch

Went in on September 21st and was shown a 2009 Red Tundra Double Cab 4x4. On the window was painted "$3,000.00 Back". When I started to negotiate I was told that the sign was an error and they would only give me $1,250.00 off. I questioned this more and even the Sales Manager told me that. I mentioned this was false advertise and was told it was left over from last month. I said "it is September 21st". Needless to say I walked out very unsatisfied.

this dealer is very rude, spoke to the sale rep but couldn't help me out so he send me the used car manager MIKE RITCHIE, this person is the worst to deal with just because he didn't like my offer and hang me up. will never deal with again.

DISHONES DEALERSHIP, LIES TO GET YOUR BUSINESS

BEWARE OF JOE MEYERS FORD!!!!!! Worst experience ever! VERY [violative content deleted] SALES MANAGER, MIKE RITCHIE. After spending hours at the dealership on a Saturday and hours on the phone during the following week, we finally agreed on a price that Wednesday. Our sales rep. faxed us the invoice with the agreed upon price that the SALES MANAGER (Mike Ritchie) approved. The following Saturday we went to sign papers only to find that the sales manager changed the agreed upon price by $3000 and tried to slide it by us, then blamed our sales rep. for the change. We have always bought our vehicles at [another dealership] and when they couln't beat the price offered by Joe Meyers we decided to buy from Joe Meyers. What a mistake! Now I know why [the other dealership] couldn't beat the price Joe Meyers Ford gave us, they lied, they had no intensions on selling the truck to us at that price. I have ALWAYS had a pleasent experience at [the other dealership] and was always treated with respect. From now on I will ALWAYS give [the other dealership] my business. BEWARE OF JOE MEYERS FORD!!

BEWARE: I would not buy a new car or truck from this dealer

Joe Meyers Toyota - BEWARE: I would not buy a new car or truck from this dealer! Overall I found that the sales department is dishonest and they try to trick the customers into spending more that they should, for example: When I was buying my new Corolla they dated the contracts 3 days ahead of the current date. For those of you that don't know. State law allows anyone to get out of a contract if you change your mind within 3 days. But this dealer tried to change the date but I caught it and made them correct it. The second item I have to mention is that the finance director stated that Toyota Corporation does not have any extended warranties but that the dealer can sell me a overpriced extended warranty from some off the wall company. In my opinion the dealership lied to me. I would not recommend doing business with them. I will not buy another Toyota from them or recommend them to anyone.

Purchased RaV 4 Sport for my son (graduation present) through internet sale

I received the best informaton from the internet sales when shopping for my son's car. I had called several other dealers and was just more impressed with the follow ups and ease of getting in touch with my sales rep at Joe Meyers. I did not have to beat around the bush talking from person to person and hassling over a price. I had a list of what specs I wante for the car, they went by that, found it and this was all done over the phone. This expedited the time in the office when we went in and actually made the transaction to purchase the car. When we arrived to purchase we went striaght in to sign the papers and the car was ready and had been detailed when we went to pick it up. My experience with the internet sales was superior.
