BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC

IF I COULD DO A 0 STAR I WOULD. They will run your credit and then come back and say car was sold and use BAIT and SWITCH tactic which was admitted to being used by GENERAL MANAGER. Do not use this dealership. Rude, unprofessional and no integrity!!! Worst car dealership I ever dealt with! HUB HYUNDAI OF KATY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I cannot stress enough, do not deal with them. We tried to purchase with them on 12/31/20 and with their treatment and tactics we decided to go to another Hyundai dealership and HUB Hyundai lost our business. We bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra for our son. Worst thing is the bait and switch car is still there and it is 1/14/21!! We had friends call when they said it was sold. Still there, it is a loaner car with miles so it can still be considered new since it was never titled... but never were told that information. What a scam! I have posted the exact car with the VIN so you can see what type of [non-permissible content removed] they are! BE WARNED! THEY HAVE SHADY PRACTICES AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Its not every day that I experience service so exceptional that I am moved to writing a testimonial. I want to thank TRAVIS PARKER and the entire staff for a low pressure and hassle free car shopping experience. I just bought a new 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe for my wife, this SUV is great! The dealership is very professional and offered us great customer service. Go see Phil and Avi, they took great care of us. We told them our budget, and they made it happen. I will buy here again for sure.

The Best Car Shopping Experience Ever!

I just wanted to thank James Martinez for having the time and patience to deal with me. I know that I want a Hyundai, and thought I wanted a new Sonata, but once I got there EVERYTHING started to look good to me! I ended up test driving four different models ( sorry James ), and now have some real thinking to do. I have not purchased a new car in over ten years, and was not looking forward to going to a car dealership. This salesperson was not only low pressure, he really knew his product and really took the time to answer all my questions, and go out of his way to make me feel at home. Thank you James, and I will be in this Saturday to buy SOMETHING from you!

Purchasing a vehicle from Hub Hyundai west was a great experience. I really enjoyed the service they were attentive and thoroughly explained every little detail about the vehicle I purchased (Hyundai Elantra). I as a person with low credit was approved instantly which was fantastic I do recommend people to come visit and purchase a vehicle from this dealership see Cory a sales man who is really easy to get into touch with during and after you leave the lot. He answers questions and helps with great needs of appointments.

When my car got totalled recently, I had to start looking for new car. I was looking for a safe, stylish and an affordable car. I checked out few dealerships in the area for old and new cars: Ford, Chevy, Acura, Nissan, etc. My friend recommended to check out Hub Hyundai. I was pleasantly surprised. I opted for Hyndai Santa Fe sport fully loaded which comparing to other cars costs about the base price of some of the other brands. I personally really like the body style. It comes with great mileage, safety, awesome warranty and I can have my satelite, navigation, moon roof, leather without having to break the bank. The sales person Octavio who helped me was very professional and helpful. He was very knowledgable about different car models and took me for test drive few cars. The dealership didn't have the exact color combination of the car that I wanted. Octavio worked with me to search all the nearby and far Hyundai dealerships to find me The car. He even called to give me updates. I felt I got a very fair value comparing to all the available inventories with same features in the region. I got pre-approved thru my bank but ended up getting a better deal thru the dealership. The financing was very transparent. They disclosed all the terms and offered the additional 10 yr btb warranty without hard sell. Octavio helped me set up the blue link which I recieved complementary service for six months. He even went out of his way to go over all the features of the car even to set up my navigation,etc. Overall, I had a great experience. I have referred couple of friends and they have also had great experience.

Having purchased several cars from this dealer, I purchased a New AZERA. What a beauty. As promised, Ryan, Adam, and Avi made sure that I was able to get the striping done quickly. Sales and Nat in Service worked hand in had to make sure that the time spent at the dealership was minimal.

I just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Hub Hyundai in Katy. Originally, I was going to go to another dealership closer to my home but my mom gave me a hard time about her driving that far so I came to her side of town. When we arrived, we where met by Charles J. He was peppy, and in good spirits and generally eager to see what he could help is with. I told him I really liked the Elantra's, but being a first time buyer I didn't really know what I could afford. He immediately started asking me questions, like "Are you a recent college graduate" to get me as many rebates as possible. We went into his office, and worked on the financials. We could have looked at cars all day, but that wasn't what I was interested in. He was so HELPFUL, non intimidating, and relaxed. He made me feel so comfortable, like I was talking to a friend. I've had an experience with another dealership and another person it was directly the opposite experience. I left feeling great about my decision, and happy that things worked out the way they did

Hub of Katy is the best

This was my first purchase here at HUB Hyundai West. I purchase an Infiniti from the salesman. Leo was great he helped us with everything we needed. The Finance Manager's Octavio was well knowledgeable and gave us the best rates that were available. I would definitely recommend HUB Hyundai West to anyone that is looking for a great deal and top service.

I recently bought a 2014 Santa Fe Sports at HUB Hyundai and their staff services were Excellent. From the sales rep (Jay), sales manager (jackson) to the finance manager (Octavio). They explained everything and answered all my questions. I did not feel that they were pushy at all and really looking out for the best to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend HUB Hyundai West to anyone that is looking to buy a Huyndai.

This was my second purchase here at HUB Hyundai West. This time I bought a 2006 Mini Cooper... Dondiego was great he helped us with everything we needed. The Finance Manager's Octavio and Jimmy were awesome as well. I would definitely recommend HUB Hyundai West to anyone that is looking to purchase a New or Used vehicle.

My salesman James M. was extremely helpful. I was in and out in a couple of hours.He got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. I good a great deal on my trade in which helped me a lot. I've really enjoyed my Sonata these last couple of months. If I ever decide to trade it in I'll definitely go to them.

I went into Hub Hyundai West on new years eve. The Sales Agent Roland was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and found out the answers to the ones he was unsure of.... We were in and out with a purchase of a brand new car in 3 hours total. Most of the time at Hub Hyundai West I was making a decision on what color car I wanted to purchase.
