Disappointed

Most unprofessional Cadillac dealership I've been in. I bought a new CT6 and my salesperson told me to bring it back on a scheduled day we scheduled for the window tint and windshield replacement since there was a crack. Upon arrival there was no appt set for me. I finally got a loaner after dealing with a manager. A month, yes a month later after I've made my first payment and lost a month "free" of my on star, I finally get to go get my car. Just to arrive to see my seat is filthy and I has the new windshield but no tint. I've dealt with 5 different people from managers to service managers telling each one my issue and between all of them I'm still paying on a car in their possession. My contract amount changed from what I signed vs. What GM financial has and nobody can even help me with that.I will NEVER do business here again.

My auto experience for repair

This was the worst experience ever.. 12 days to fix a backup camera and they could not find the problem. That was the first one. The second experience was after I picked up my auto for the camera issue. When I picked up my auto it was scratched on the door panel and the rim was also scratched. When I took my auto back up to Cadillac, the service advisor had went home for the day, so one of the other advisors had help and took pictures of the small damage, and he had said he would get me a loaner again on that Friday. I took it up there Friday morning and they did not have a loaner. By this time I’m upset. so I was kind and calm and respectful. So they called the manager and the manager had accused me of doing the damage to my car, he told me he was going to look at the camera and get to bottom of this, and my response was - sir I have been driving for over forty years and if I would done damage I would have told you and I have no reason to lie to you. By this time I’m late for work, so the manager came back and told me that he was going to fix the scratches and fix my rim. But the story get worse. I had called the Cadillac 7 time to check on my auto. No one called me back, my advisor was always busy and would return my call but no call, so on Thursday I went to check on my car, mind You i had to take off, when I get to Cadillac and the young man was on the phone. After he got off the phone with a customer I assume, he slammed the phone and slammed the desk drawer. I spoke to him -hello we walked outside to the bay and had told me that. If I did not all you that means your cars not ready, so that’s fine but I said but I called and no phone call from you. This is Thursday no call on Friday to get the rim fixed. So on Saturday I called and spoke with a lady and she you car is ready. Yay. She said. So my advisor did not call and I would not have gotten my car until Monday Maybe. If I would have not called. Not a happy Cadillac owner.

Transmission repair

They had my car for three weeks because they did not have person on staff to repair a transmission. They did not keep me up to date with the repairs. I was in a loaner car for three weeks.

Outstanding Service

I have been using Stewart/Central Cadillac for service for 2 years for my 2014 CTS. They have always gone above and beyond to fix any issues with my car. I have received much better service from Cadillac than any other vehicle I have ever owned. We also own an Infinity and it is always a fight to get them to fix anything under the factory warranty. I have had the opposite experience with Cadillac. I would buy another Cadillac in a heartbeat because of the outstanding service I have received.
