BAD ALTERNATOR

For starters I live in Ne , and I’ve been really interested in purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a while . I thought I had found the one at BestCarForLess ... I contacted the manager and talked to her for about a week asking how the car was mechanically and the outside . I was told everything wasn’t perfect , no knocks in the engine , no leaks , nothing ... so I got approved for a loan , purchased a plane ticket with my GF to Houston the next week . Once i arrived at the dealership i was informed that the “battery” was bad and didn’t wanna start up at first . So they told me they were going to put a brand new battery in for me , I didn’t think much about it at the moment because I was extremely tired and had already been there for an hour and was ready to start driving back to NE which is a 17hr drive back ... well long story short . The previous day I’m getting ready for work and I’m about to leave for work and my Jeep i Just purchased won’t start ! Won’t even crank .. not a bad battery , but a bad alternator to say the least ! $10,000 to have a Jeep that won’t even start up for me ... not happy at all ... actually very disappointed and mad . To much on my plate for a $10,000 not to work . To top it off the sun roof and heater doesn’t work .. thanks bestcarforless ! For the great deal ! NOT!

I bought a Ford Fusion, I am very happy with it. Ibrahem and Fares were just great guys. Really. They know what they are doing. I got what I wanted, when I wanted it without any nonsense. I would refer people here and come back in the future. Excellent experience.
