onThis is my second vehicle bought from Bayway Lincoln. Bought both from a salesman named Don Demerson. He made sure I received a second key and made sure I received charging cables that were missing because it’s a plug in hybrid. I buy my vehicles from Bayway because of Don and Shane who is my awesome service advisor. Kudos to both!

onFor several years we have driven 2 Lincolns because of Shane Donaldson who is the most incredible, caring and personable service writer in the world! Have now traded our Navigator for a newer Navigator and Jeremy Lampton and Corey Tijerina made it the easiest and smoothest transaction ever. We have purchased dozens of vehicles and even walked away from a few salespeople at Bayway due to attitude, but this was seamless and handled with integrity and courtesy.

Bought a Used 2013 Lincoln Navigator L

onThe buying experience was a bit longer than anticipated. During the test drive, it was fantastic. The salesman showed us the features including the Sun roof, it did not close! After he assured me that it was a glitch, I went ahead with the purchase. On the 3:00 hour drive home, the Sun roof dropped down and would not close. Hit a few bugs and windshield cleaner would not spray the windshield. My granddaughter could not get the DVD player to work… - faulty Sun roof - window cleaner system inop on front windscreen - DVD entertainment system faulty Finally got the sun roof closed Found where the shop had pulled the windscreen fluid line out and a broken connector The batteries were corroded in both headsets and both the remotes.

onMy buying experience with Bayway Lincoln was great. The saleswoman and the finance manager was very professional and helpful. My initial inquiry was with a different salesman than the saleswoman who actually assisted me when I arrived at the dealership. I arrived pretty late, close to closing and they did not rush me. The saleswoman made it very clear that they were there as long as I was there. She was very knowledgeable and took care of all my concerns. She definitely helped with making my buying experience simple. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Worst Experience

onI had a nightmare experience from Bayway Lincoln. Fast talking salesman making you believe they are doing the best to get you in contract. One thing I noticed they never would show me the car I was interested in. They told me it was either sold or this one will work for you. they picked all the cars they thought I would like even though I chose cars that meet my expectation. The Gm got involved and made it worse by offering a new car deal, that turned out to be a lease, I wasn't happy with the crossover it was too small for my needs and I returned on 4 occasions while trying to take care of this on the clock at work and was told they would see if accounting had not processed the deal to make me have no choice but to keep the vehicle, and told the next day by gm you've been funded already nothing they can do. You shouldn't have to be forced to buy a car or pay for something you are not happy with.

Bad service

onI'm a long time Lincoln driver I've purchased two in the last couple years I've only had to get them serviced at BW Lincoln twice thankfully after my experience there the last two days the lady's at the desk in the front are unprofessional holding personal conversation while completely ignoring me I was there thirty mins before being greeted all for them to tell me the part wasn't under warranty. When I called the day before and they told me different, I called back to verify app but I was put on hold an no one ever came back to the phone so I hung up after 20mins
