I had 1 day to buy a car. Took an Uber to AutoNation for the selection and reputation. Sales guy spent 4.5 hours with me, test driving multiple cars. I feel I got the best match on the lot (and a couple of other AutoNation lots in the area) for my needs and budget.

*** HORRIBLE *** 1- The listing clearly stated the Vehicle as BMW 2013 750Li / ALPINA B7. What I was delievered was a Regular 750LI and NOT "ALPINA B7" ??? 2- Suspension still not good and not what I was promised and listed in the "We Owe List" ? 3- Title Application has incorrect City "HOUSTON" and should be "RICHMOND" as per DL provided? They take DL/ID for a Reason and mine had current address on it which is City as "Richmond" ! I bought few times before form AutoNation Group and never had this Bad experience and the sales person never responds to call or text messages.. Update: Got a call from the Dealership (Jordan) telling that the manager is going to call me today (2 days back) and discuss the issues. Today is 3rd day no one has called yet.? Sanaul

Devion Baker was polished and professional. However, this experience has been disappointing because promises were made about things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle before we took possession of it. We paid cash for this vehicle and we have a dent, paint scuffs, upholstery issues, and a window control button that doesn’t work. We were assured that if we left the car there the service team would rectify, repair, and restore all of these issues. Instead, the car was delivered to us with only two of the five things we named. We are not happy after spending $30K cash. We will return the car within the return window if something isn’t done to resolve these issues. I will be leaving this review on other platforms as well. I will happily update them once the issues have been resolved.

This was my first experience with AutoNation and it will be my last- — They kept us in the store for over 2 hours after our selection (this was a CASH purchase) — Key FOB did not work, car had next to NO GAS, all 4 tires were very very low (I had to put air in them), Engine Warning Lights were on. — Emails concerning the key FOB were not returned. — We were promised the dealership would repair the cracked dash- we still have not heard from them back on this. In short- many issues that did not have to be issues. The purchasing experience was probably the worst I’ve had anywhere and I’ve bought several vehicles over the years with my family of 4.

We purchased a vehicle from a sales site and we were connected as we got to the dealership to Devion Baker, we were on the path of a bumpy transaction, but we’re helped along by our sales staff. I had purchased from the dealership in the past and it was much smoother than this time! We arrived at a closure pre approved as we were and he brought us through to delivery in a shining fashion!

I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime. I have dealt with many sales and sales managers through the years. I have never had such an amazing positive experience as a customer, and as a woman I felt hurt and valued and understood about the concerns that I had about the vehicle I was looking at. they went over and beyond to make sure that everything hit the marks that I needed. I valued so much that they were very transparent on their overhead cost on the vehicle so that I knew that I was getting a correct price. They also understood where I had a perspective on what my car was valued on for the trade-in, and they were great at compromising to find a middle ground. I could truly write an essay about every minor or for me. It was major thing that they did to make this a positive experience. I honestly don't know if I would ever want to go to anybody else to purchase a vehicle. The manager Allen is phenomenal at hearing and acknowledging and addressing concerns. He is eager to work with his clients to help make the process as smooth and easy for them. Franco was my salesman and he was such a treat to talk to and work with. I felt like he represented us very well and he was very honest about the things he knew, and didn’t know about the vehicle. He was not in anyway, arrogant or condescending, which I have run into so many times and purchasing cars. He was a gentleman with a wonderful, outgoing personality. Never did I feel pushed into this sale by anybody at AutoNation. I'm shocked to see that this location doesn't have higher reviews. It is incredibly clean and the people who work here are incredibly focused on satisfying the customer. In no way I did I get any perks for sending this review out. This is just my own personal perspective with no kickbacks. I mean if they wanna throw me a cookie I’m OK with that. 😂 I really hope that Allen and Franco get acknowledgment in this company. They are a huge asset.
