Horrible stealership. Scams, refurbished cars, Wrecked cars. Stay Far Away

Almost bought a car. Thank goodness I did some checking and found out all the issues and laws this dealership is breaking. This Dealership owner should be in Jail. They stated on their website car was never in an accident and even had the seal from Carfax. They don't have approval to use that seal. They don't pay for services. They will tell you they will mail stuff after you buy the car. You will never receive anything besides excuses. They outright lie, alter paperwork and use deceptive practices, try to hold down payments. Look them up on the BBB, run a car fax on any of their cars. Most were in accidents and a lot were bought at auctions and repaired by them to avoid a blemish on the Carfax. Don't believe anything they tell you. Stay far far far away, dont even talk to them and don't believe you are going to get what you pay for!

I failed to mention that the car is fabulous. I traded in my VW Beetle Convertible for a beautiful Mercedes Benz C 300 Cabriolet. It is absolutely gorgeous with low mileage and gorgeous interior. Leo was my salesperson and this is the first time I left a dealership feeling like I got the best deal ever. Also, everyone at the place is super friendly and you don't feel hassled. If you need a car, you should try ABZ Motors. You will not leave disappointed.

Leo, Alex and the team at ABZ are very professional and customer service focused. They were very helpful during my recent purchase of a GLS 450 from their dealership, and post-purchase, they followed up with me to deliver on their pre-purchase promises. I lost a 2015 428i in Imelda! I swore I was buying a SUV or a truck! I was surfing the web and found a 2019 430i with 11,344 miles the price was better than a 2018 with 18,900 miles so of course I purchased a car instead of a SUV! Very happy with the car buying experience from ABZ Motors. Raheen was very helpful and he made the process really simple. We live out of state and never bought a car sight unseen before. When we received the car it was exactly as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend this dealership and Raheen.

Over exceeded our expectations

The service here was phenomenal! Came in here just to look at a car and ended up leaving with the car me and my wife wanted! From the beginning of us walking in we were greeted professionally and the customer service was by far the best I had have encountered. The customer service here and them helping us in every way possible to get us in the car we wanted and helped us to keep it in our budget really sold us. Had went to other dealerships during the day, but the way they went above and beyond to help us really sold the deal for us to purchase from them. I highly recommend anyone to come here! Go in and ask for Faris! He made our visit well worth it and will come here again whenever we purchase another car from him!

Best car buying experience I've ever had!

While it's always exciting to buy a new vehicle, I dread the whole process and car dealerships/salesmen in general. Raheem was what all car salesmen should strive to be like; informative and helpful, but not pushy and overbearing. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Alvaro made the paperwork a breeze and we weren't constantly up-sold the whole time. I have been telling our friends and family they should check out ABZ for their next purchase. We will definitely be back and highly recommend you stop by to look at their high end inventory and meet the staff. Thanks again Raheem and Alvaro!

I bought a car from these [non-permissible content removed]...and a few months later I take it in to get an oil change and $600 later I found out it had a crushed seal. But I take the part of the blame, because I should have had the car checked out by my mechanic...So anyone else is dumb enough to my a car from these guys PLEASE PLEASE have it checked out by a mechanic!

Best Car Dealership I Have EVER Dealt With!!

I saw that ABZ Motors had a Honda Crosstour listed for sale. As this was on Sunday, I sent an email to Alex informing him of our interest in the CrossTour. Monday morning I got a very nice email reply inviting us to come see the car and take a test drive. We were not able to get there until Thursday, but we called Alex on Wednesday to tell him we would be there Thursday Morning. When we arrived, the CrossTour was ready and waiting for us. It was in immaculate condition, it was hard to believe that it was not a new vehicle instead of a 6 year old car with 60K miles. The car was just as described in the ad, probably even better! After a short test drive, we knew we were going to purchase the Honda. The process of obtaining financing was so smooth it was almost not believable. At NO TIME were we ever pressured about anything, for purchasing he car to even adding GAP insurance and an extended warranty (which we gladly purchased......both of them.) Al, the finance guy, is the consummate professional, and he was as honest as could be. He was very polite, and he made the process of purchasing our car a real pleasure. If you are considering purchasing a "new" used vehicle, do yourself a favor and check out ABZ Motors. If they have the type of vehicle you are interested in, I think you will find that you will not need to visit any other dealership. I will recommend ABZ Motors to all my family, friends, and acquaintances! And if ever purchase another vehicle, ABZ is where I will start (and highly likely the only sealershio I will have to visit!!)

I just purchased a C300 MB from ABZMOTORS, and usually I never take the time to write reviews, but it was such a great experience purchasing a vehicle here, I decided I had to take the time. On my first visit my sales representative was David, I found him very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions, stayed with me outside, I must have been there about 2hrs asking him questions!!! I went back several days later with more questions, David was not there and though I arrived at closing time, Alex stepped in and delayed closing the dealership and went with me ( in the cold) to look at the car again, he did not rush me and answered my additional questions. On my third trip I was back with David, and he had the same level of enthusiasm as if this was the first time I ever set foot in the dealership. During this visit I spoke to David, Alex and Al, and this team knows how to make their customers feel appreciated, and educated about their purchase. They say what they mean, and they mean what they say. The day I did my financing, Al matched by bank pricing, explained the details of my warranty, line item by line item. He even took the time to review payment options at different terms and with different down payment options, again excellent, excellent customer service. Their offer on my trade in was excellent, they did not try to low ball me, and matched the highest offer I had from anyone else. This is an outstanding team of professionals, I would happily recommend them. I have even taken some of their cards and plan to give to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell a vehicle. Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased a 2016 GLE 350 Mercedes Benz. My Salesman was David, he was awesome, extremely patient and pleasant. I never buy a car on the first day, I went back three (3) times to view the cars. This was my second purchase from ABZ Motors. After researching several dealerships, there is no comparison, they have the best deals in Houston and great selections. The car was perfect, as if it was brand new. They take very good care of their inventory, and has mostly top of the line cars. They are very professional and accommodating to your needs and will make sure the deal meets all your desires before your purchase. After having my car for two (2) weeks, my dog put some scratches on my car, I went back to ABZ Motors and asked for a quote to remove the scratches. The Manager, Alex, stated that he could have his technicians fix it right away. It was less than an hour. And to my surprise, he said there was no charge. You can't get any better service than that. Providing complimentary services after my purchase. I will always go to ABZ for future purchases!
