I was purchasing a new F250 from them using the Ford X-Plan. I discovered after the deal was made and paperwork signed that the sales manager had added a fee of $299 for Vin Etch protection to the X-Plan price (sale price) and also added it to the additional items on the purchase agreement effectively paying for it twice. When I ask him about it he got very defensive and indignant about it. He would not change it and made the comment "we have to make a profit". Another words due to his deceitfulness I did not get the full benefit of the X-Plan. Don't buy from them. Dishonest and disrespectful dealership. It was a horrible experience.

They use a very deceptive add mailing to get people to drive from all over the state to visit their showroom under the pretense that they've won $1,500 when actually all they've one is a chance to spin a wheel for $1 to $500 worth of prizes. They say their advertising is legal, but nowhere on the mailer does it say you may not have actually won the prize that you scratched off. And to think, they acted very surprised when I and another customer where not happy with this tactic. If they are this deceptive in their advertising, just think how deceptive they might be with their Sales Deals.

I had bought a 2014 ford focus and it had low profile tires. I had it for 13 months and the tires were the worst I have ever had. I went into the dealership and the manger was just great. He gave me a good price for my car and got me into a new truck. I have been very please with this location and traded there for 30 years. Will always go back to them.. Great customer service.

They persuaded me to sign the contract even though the car was not ready, they told me the next day the car will be ready. Four days later the car was still not ready!, I went into the dealer and asked the general manager Jay Gonzalez, to unwind me from the contract. And he yelled at me he was upset, and very sarcastic for losing the sale. I tried to speak to his boss Scott Barlow and he was so controlling about the deal, the general manager Scott Barlow threatened to arrest me and he threw me out of the dealer, he did not care to look over my interest or my experiences as a buyer. He humiliated me and my family he even called the police. I walked out of there in tears, with a contract of 60 months $5000 less and without the car. All because Scott Barlow thinks that by having a constable badge and being the General manager he could take advantage and do whatever he wants. The customer is not first #Cecil Atkission Ford Hondo, Texas, profit for the dealer is!.
