Hi fellow shoppers ...... I'm writing this because of the dissatisfaction from one of the dealers. Andrew smith sold me a vehicle in which he stated had a clean car fax . I drove 900 miles to purchase the vehicle in which I had to pay one way rental for 800 dollars. I noticed an awful paint job on the driver side , so that's when I asked for the Vargas . To my avail he was not able to produce it for me since the "System is down " . To add insult to injury he made me wait another hour and also had the finance manager involved . I'm thinking these guys are nice and seem honest but I was wrong , he said he'd email it to me . I kept calling him and he never returned my calls. When I finally got him he emailed the car fax another week and a half later . To my surprise the fax showed a front accident and four owners in that case I'm #5 . I reached out to him and he claims that he was confused with another similar vehicle and it was his mistake and he'd address it with the sales manager Freddie . Another two weeks went by I didn't hear from Andrew therefore I called Freddie . I explained my concerns and Freddie said he would look into it then call me back. After another two weeks I didn't hear from Freedie so I called him today and he almost forgot who I was. He asked me what i wanted him to do about it and I replied whatever makes a customer satisfied I guess since this has never happened to me before . He declined!!!!!! This is very dissappointing that a reputable dealership like this will take advantage of a blue collar worker such as myself . "BUYERS BEWARE" as long as dealership doesn't make this issue right by me nothing good will happen for Andrew Smith and his participants AMEN!!!!

My husband and I went to this dealership to look for a new family car. I was fully prepared to pay for the vehicle in cash within the next week. When we pulled up, right on cue a one of the sales staff approached me. I explained what I was in the market for and he showed me some different cars. After looking at two vehicles he asked if I was ready to sign some papers. I said very politely that I didn't have the funds available then but that I would be looking to buy within the week. With only an "Okay" he turned and left us there in the cold by ourselves. I was willing to go in and lets crunch some numbers for when I had the money, but apparently since I wasn't buying that day he had no desire to even discuss us coming back in. We got no card (not that we would have used it after this experience) we barely got a name. There was no reason to treat us this way, we were the only ones on the lot, it wasn't like he had a rush of people he could try to push a car on. I was so put off by this man that I refuse to ever go back, unless it would be to walk in with cash ask for him, do some paper work, then just before signing walk out after showing him the $100 bills. I strongly urge you NOT to go to this location. If you absolutely have to go to a Gabriel-Jordan lot then drive the extra few minutes to the Kilgore location.
