Wasted trip!

I called to confirm the availability of a 2011 Acadia using their stock number. I had to drive about an hour to their dealership. When I arrived, the salesman showed me a 2011 Acadia of a different color, different price ($2500 more), and higher mileage! When I inquired about the car that I called about, I was told that the stock number was for this vehicle and that the one I saw on line doesn't exist. I brought this to the attention of a manager and he simply said "sorry" and walked away! They made it clear to me that they have no interest in customers other than they are a means of selling cars!

This is the greatest dealership in the Valley..way to go everyone at Gilman Chevrolet...I know i'll deal with this dealership again..and so will my family...Great Job..great Customer service..attitudes are Great, friendly people..they got the deal done...i cant say enough good stuff about these exceptional people...way to go!!!
