DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. STAY AWAY.
by 11/15/2021
onI’d give half a star if I could. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Texas Nissan in Grapevine. They are exactly why car dealerships have the reputation they do. First, there are bogus “non-negotiable” restoration fees tacked on to the advertised price of the car. I was upfront and honest from the get-go and got nothing but smoke and mirrors in return. Isaiah in the finance department was snakey. I asked questions on every document I was asked to sign, was thorough in reading, (ya know, because this is a big decision and a considerable amount of money), and he brushed each of my questions and acted like I shouldn’t be taking the time to read the documents. I ended up catching mistakes on 2 documents that he had to fix and reprint. At this point, I’m not sure if they were actually mistakes or if he was trying to slip something by me. When it came to warranty, I told him no 3 times. He kept pushing me, talking about how german cars are expensive to fix and how my car would be prone to break down during the warranty time period, definitely pressing me to the point to where I was second guessing my decision to not go with the warranty. He asked if he took some off the price, if I would say yes. At this point, I knew I was going to be very upset with myself if I said no to warranty and something went wrong. I told him that getting up to the 16,000s in price scared me (I was paying for this car in cash and didn’t want to stretch my budget too thin). He said “okay, what if your all-in price was $15,900? Would you do it then?” And I said yes. I financed the car to allow time for the money to move from my savings to my checking, and by the time my account was open and I was able to pay off the principal amount, I paid it off completely aside from the $100 deposit & $650 downpayment I had given the dealership. After waiting almost a month for the $750 to be applied to my account so that I can close it out, I text Isaiah to get an update on what’s going on. He responds with a photo of paperwork (not signed by me) that says the all-in total price was $16,650. I was initially encouraged by the sales person James, who worked with me and seemed awesome. However, after feeling like I’ve had one pulled over on me, I can firmly say I will not be doing business with Texas Nissan ever again. This has been an extremely upsetting experience, and I strongly recommend that everyone else stay away as well.
Buyer Beware!
by 01/20/2019
onBuyer Beware! Texas Nissan of Grapevine admitted it was their fault for burning up our car after an oil change. What they didn’t do was make it right afterwards. The owner of the dealership laughed in our face after asking him to please make this right. The owner said he’s a business man and will not lose money on this and tried to sell us a car at full price with no discount. He had no remorse or care about the stress of having to purchase another car when we had ours almost paid off. We had to except the insurance money which didn’t even cover a good used car. Then that put us out thousands of dollars during the holiday season. The owner of Texas Nissan in Grapevine doesn’t care about his customers; it’s all about the money.

Worst new car buying experience ever!!!
by 10/06/2017
onI do not recommend anyone going to this dealership due to their lack of integrity, lack of respect for my family's and my time and lack of respect of our knowledge. The only reason we went to this dealership was because they are an "authorized dealer" thru the Sam's Auto buying program. We were there for 8+ hours. Were coerced to purchase extended warranties for a lower interest rate. The numbers during the negotiations were not the numbers on the contract. They charged us for dealer add-ons, there are no dealer add-ons! They did not provide a Monroney window sticker - Its a New Vehicle. We still don't have a second key. We bought the vehicle on 7/29/17. The GM contacted us wanting to resolve our issues and has gone incognito. Buyer Beware!!!

New Car

onHorrible Experience. Your salesman Jake McDowell was so rude and condescending. I've purchased 10 new vehicles in my lifetime and they've all been pleasant experiences. Not this time. I expect salespeople to be pushy but he talked down to the buyer as if they not knowledgeable. He offered me a price I would have paid, but he was so rude I decided to leave and not purchase a vehicle.

Hell of the ride.
by 09/19/2015
on9/17/2015 I was scheduled to test drive 2006 ACURA MDX. By the time I arrived, designated sales person was not available, car was with dead battery and empty tank. Not to mention that all in cabin car electronics was disabled due to dead battery, A/C was not working. After a nice ride (Texas 95 deg* outside) with no A/C and constantly yawning sales person, apology was offered in form of proposal to buy this vehicle ~3k more than advertised price. What a deal!
