I am very happy with my purchase at this dealer. Mario and Jeff W. were so kind and helpful in making sure i got the car i wanted. I was given what i wanted for my trade and they went to great lengths to make sure i was satisfied. I am so excited to drive my new car! I would 100% recommend this dealership.

best new car experience ever

i had been shopping on line and found this dealership had what i wanted. the person responsible for internet traffic and i talked 3 times back and forth. i went in to the dealership and drove a new jetta hybrid. got what i wanted for my trade within 200 dollars...no bickering back and forth. walked out with my deal done in three hours. the dealer brought my vehicle out to my house the next day. i even got 1000 off for shopping on the net! the staff and salesman were terrific! i have to say this was the easiest new car buying experience i've ever had.

I had been researching new Beetles for several weeks in the East Texas, West Louisiana, SW Arkansas areas and found nothing suitable. We decided to return to Rusty Wallis, where we bought our '03 New Beetle, and was pleasantly surprised by their internet pricing. Even though it is a 320 mile roundtrip, my wife and I made our appointment last night after work and bought a 2012 Beetle. Mario Penate, our salesman, kept our appointment, and had the particular car we wanted cleaned and ready when we got there - not even knowing if we were going to buy it. He made the purchasing process so easy and explained everything very well. Even the financial guy came in to explain how we could save the most money by selecting different options. I will definitely buy from Rusty Wallis again, and suggest you do too. Thanks Mario.

I just bought my 2012 jetta. They were effiencient. Gave us the best deal around Dallas. The salesman was Alfred Wagner and he was great. I have never been this happy with a dealership. I would recommend you go see anyone there.

I began my search by utilizing the internet to get several dealers quotes through the internet sales departments. This dealership sent me a quote right away that morning. I had sent a few e-mails back to the dealer requesting a better deal than the obvious first effort they threw on the table. But then there was not much further contact until later that day when I received an e-mail stating "Well do we have a deal?" Obviously not. BEWARE: I also received a call later that day from a fitness equipment company with the EXACT SAME NAME as this dealership trying to sell me a new home gym. I find that rather odd since it rang to me cell. The same number that I gave th edealership for contact. I have never received spam calls on my cell phone nor have I since. Coincidence? I think not.
