Steve Fraley is the best auto/financial advisor that there ever was, is or ever will be. He's transparent, funny, kind and is bursting with encyclopedic level of knowledge in regards to how sales and cars work in the automotive industry. They really don't make people like this anymore. I'm odl fashioned & he appreciated that from the get go that I wanted to meet in person. The finance specialist Debbie impressed me with her masters degree in finance. She was approachable, masterful in the art of negotiating with the bank to get me the APR I wanted & more importantly she won my loyalty when I saw how open & ethical she was. Debbie taught me a few things I didn't know. Last and certainly not least, George a Senior Technician updated and set up my navigation system which was done to perfection. He really values and loves his profession as they do all. Toyota should promote, increase their wages and offer them cars for the level of integritry, efficiency and dedication they put everyday.

Classic lives up to their name. We’ve bought 3 times through them and never a bad experience. The sales staff are very laid back (Island Style) and really take care of getting what you want. They’re quick with results but never overbearing or making you feel rushed or pressured. The only way to go. If I was to ever move anywhere I’d always come back here.

I'm extremely unhappy. I purchased a F250 Lariat from this dealership and the salesman was all over the place. I asked him how many miles were on the vehicle (since he was getting it from another dealer) and he said that there were no more than 200 miles on the truck. When I picked up my truck it had over 600 miles and a chip in the windshield. I asked the salesman why he told me it was 200 miles and he said "Oh well, this happens". I HAD to had the vehicle since my husband and I lost both of our trucks in Hurricane Harvey. A month later we decided that the F250 wasn't what we wanted so we went back to the dealership and ordered a GMC Yukon XL and again, they didn't have the vehicle and they had to order it from another dealer. They depreciated our F250 by 13,0000 which was unbelievable but I really couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say I picked the new Yukon XL and from the first day I drove off I HATED IT. This is supposed to be a family size car yet, you can't have ANYONE in the front seat that is taller than 5' or you lose the use of the bucket seat in the back. The cup holders and the compartments for your wires and phone, etc. is extremely small that you can barely fit a phone in it or a Yeti cup, the salesman told me that I needed to get smaller type cups to use in the holders. The cup holders have leather ALL around them and is DEFINATLY not functional for a FAMILY CAR. The space in this vehicle is so very small and not well made yet I'm driving around in the cost of a small home. I told my salesman I hated this truck and let him know all the items that were horrible about it and he told me “there’s nothing that can be done. You signed the contract, it’s yours”. I only had it 3 days! It has LESS miles on it than the F250 that I purchased BRAND NEW, yet they didn't care. I just wanted my F250 back or something comparable but he told me that "The Office" wouldn't do anything. I told him that he has lost 2 customers along with any of my family, friend, co-workers. His response to me was "I will pass that along." I WILL NEVER EVER use this dealership again. They do NOT CARE about customer satisfaction. It's all about numbers to them.

Kelly (sales) was outstanding! I walked in with a GM friend & family letter not knowing which car I would drive away. He showed me different vehicles and helped me make the best choice with my budget. I left with more car than I thought I could get. I would recommend Kelly as a sales representative to others. Moreover, John (F&I) finalized the paperwork painlessly. Both guys never pressured me, tried to talk me into something I didn’t want or need. Car sales has a bad rap with high pressure buy it now attitude. I never felt that way at Classic Chevy Galveston. I know it’s hard to keep good employees; I would recommend keeping them as part of your team. r/Ed
