20,000 mile maintenance

Replacing the original pollen filter did away with the nasty odor noted whenever the A/C was used. Work was completed within two hours as promised. I needed some help reprogramming the key fob to start the car, but now I know how it's done.

Audi a4 oil change and wiper change

I came for oil and wiper change. They changed the oil that is good but did not put back the cover atvyhe bottom properly and it has now fallen off while driving. And now it will be more damaged as i have to drive it to audi service center to ask them to put it back up. What to do now. Why did they not put it properly and screwed it properly. Who will be in charge of it now if it gets worn out while i drive it to audi fort wkrth? Please help me and give me justice concerned authorities please. kindly assist me, I am a student and this car was a gift given to me and this has happened

Ask for the service department they are above ulcers department I’ve ever worked with they are excellent . But the sales department I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought my vehicle from them many years ago and I have been coming back with serviced every time it needs oil change services tires whatever. My vehicle has 110,000 miles on it and it’s an excellent condition. Thanks to the service department. My wife decides to trade it in and when I asked the dealership who would they give me for it they offered me $2500. I was insulted that a TDI Q5 in excellent condition was only worth $2500 in trade towards the new car . Needless to say I paid the $7000 to get my car brought up to the standard of which it should be with new mount new mount mount upper bushings and tires. I will continue to use the service department here. The sales department has lost my business.

Oil change and multi point service inspection was completed in about one hour while my wife and I waited in their comfortable waiting area with fre WiFi and snacks. Free car wash was include, so it looked like new on driving away. I was able to use a $50 off coupon which shrank the bill quite a bit.
