ES CAR AUTO

I got an SUV from this dealership and after only a month, the vehicle starts showing problems already. First, the exterior trim and step boards starts falling apart. I called them to fix the problem, so they fixed it but poorly done... (fine with me) no big deal. Second problem, the Airbag Light malfunction had popped out. I called them again, and they refer me to a mechanic to fix the problem at my own cost. They said it should be a minor fix or a reset, probably no more than $100, so I went to that mechanic shop. After a series of test, come to find out it will cost me $1600 to be exact for Airbag parts... I was about to call this ES-Car dealership again to complain but after about 3 days of previous Airbag diagnostic problem (Third) the Water Pump had broken down. As of Nov 20, 2017 the car is still in the shop and im looking about $3000 just to get it up and running according to the shop. I was trying to call this dealership but no answer. I have a very busy schedule and couldnt find time to physically go there and complain so far. But of course im assuming that they will not help me to the fact that they dont answer phone calls or even take the car itself to the shop to satisfy a customer when I complain about the Airbag Warning issues in the first place. These issues altogether came out within 4 months of light used. I had even took it to the actual brand dealership just to get a second opinion but they were telling me the same thing. At this point, I dont want any communication with these guys anymore. My thoughts were, its my fault to trust these guys so whatever! However, ill make sure this ES-Car dealership will get a review they deserved in all dealership review website that I can find to inform the people in the market. Not to mention, im a soldier... so this incident will be reported to the installation so they can black list this dealership or even sue them.
