Worst car buying experience ever. Avoid at all costs

by RogueNone on 10/09/2019

I recently came here looking to test drive and possibly buy a new vehicle. I found a used pre-certified one that seemed like a good deal but it turns out the salesperson lied (or didn't know the their own cars) and I was missing feature that I explicitly stated that I wanted. I realized this after a couple of days and I and tried to remedy it but I was told the missing feature could not be added to that vehicle and my only option would be switching to a newer model. They neglected to tell me that in their eyes the used vehicle I had put less than a 100 miles on was now worth only 75% of what they had sold it for. In their eyes I had been the one who decided to buy the vehicle (based on their representations about what it had) so it was my problem. After several hours of arguing and then sitting and waiting and more arguing I ended up switching to a different vehicle and losing a good $5000-$6000 dollars in the process. This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I would never send anyone to this dealership. The sales manager that I spoke to was insulting, rude, and condescending and losing $5,000-$6,000 was the BEST I could do. At first they tried to screw me out of over $10,000. Do NOT buy a car here. Go to any of the other Nissan dealers and see the difference. I really regret ever setting foot in their car lot and I can't emphasize enough how badly they behaved and how disappointed I was with the experience.

If I could choose zero stars I would.

As a long time Nissan customer, I would've expected much more. My wife and I had, by far, the worst experience at this dealership ever. After 5 exhausting hours we finally agreed on a price and payment we were comfortable with however, when we went to sit with finance we discovered that they were trying to charge us $7,000.00 more than what we had agreed upon. Needless to say, we walked out. The worst part was the contact the next day at which point my wife was spoken to very rudely, and hung up on. Not pleased with our experience at all, which pains me to say because we really do like Nissan but this place is very quickly turning us off.

Nissan Sentra SL Above sticker price

by carlosgstlm on 01/15/2015

Casa Nissan has the POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Nissan Sentra SL 2014 with LOW FUEL, OIL, and ANTIFREEZE. I had to take back the vehicle first thing the next day. The dealer failed to active the fuse box which would have indicated some of this issues. The car smelled burned which I brought up to the rep. and technician who took the car to get inspection, remove original wrappings, fueled, and washed. I took the vehicle to work two hours later which the seats still had the original tags and the passenger's visor still had the plastic wrapping after pickup. The car I purchased was $1000 over the dealer price tag. Which I brought up to the sales rep. at the time of purchase. I purchased the car at $23,866. The same vehicle at the Nissan website is listed at $21,495 and at Casa Nissan was listed $22,866 with their added add-ons. Either of the prices include the rebates that were offered at the time ($1000 cash back and $500 cash back which I did not get). The final price was $26,429 after taxes with an unnecessary vin etching fee. I only asked for GAP insurance. All this issues were brought up to the sales manager Mike Zuloaga in a 72 hour period. They refused to exchange the vehicle on the third day of purchased. According to the rep. Ivan Renteria, they had to get approval from a bank supervisor. Which isn't true because all they had to do was exchange the collateral. Mr. Renteria also mention that I had no credit and small accounts(I have a 743 credit score) and according to him they did me a favor by getting approved for the purchase. He was upset at the time because I had spoken to his sales manager prior to the conversation. P.S. I was recommended to this agency by a family member who had purchased a Nissan Altima three months prior to my purchase.
