Black Friday made easy

I called Royce for information on a 2023 GMC Acadia and he was very helpful over the phone and warmly invited us to the dealership to see the SUV in person. We worked with Frida on the sales floor and o couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We were heard and taken care of the whole way.

Quick, fast and well done

I needed an oil change so I went to Bert Ogden where I bought my Terrain. First I called the person who had sold it to me, Mario Cantu, one of the managers. He was really great at getting me into service before they closed. Even better, I had a coupon for oil change, tire rotation and top off fluids but it was from another GMC dealer but they honoured it and I paid less. My car is running in top condition and I will take it to the dealer from now on because they know what they're doing. Thanks, Mario

black side panels

I had an oil change that was done without any problems, but I also asked about the side panels on my windows that are coming loose and asked that they look into fixes them. If this is not done, the panels will tear off and could do damage to other cars. I am considering not driving my car until they are repaired. I have checked with a the problem web site on GMC and find that others have had this problem and it has been repaired. I am waiting a reply from the dealership. Whereas my oil change was done very professionally, I am wondering what will be done with the side panels. I wonder if they were properly installed in the first place? Robert Dunkin

Just because ww like the Acadia

Just because we really like the Acadia and we had some free time to go is how we stayed with the dealership, but not because the sales/customer service. This is the 5th vehicle that I bought in a dealership and the very first time that I spent more than 8hrs to get it, and not because we didn't get to decide, but the poor sales system and organization they have. In other places I don't spend more than 2 hrs to get out of the dealership driving a new vehicle. I don't know if it's because they are going through a building renovation, but their sales/finance/release process was slow. We don't even get the chance to eat at all (arrived around 10am and left past 6pm), but to drink some water nicely offered by the sales representative. Looks like everybody was busy that day. Also, we received the truck incomplete, without its mats. Why? since this vehicle was one of the last on inventory and the one to drive-on by everybody, for sure they took their mats to other vehicle and leave it incomplete; it took 2 weeks to get four mats, and that's because my husband was calling and insisting. And I'm sure they took the mats form other vehicle for mine. Is like buying a car without tires!! I suggest to the Management: * to set up a better customer service system and motivate their employees. * To improve their sales/finance/release process for an efficient one where the customer don't spend an entire day waiting in line to get assisted. * To train more their new employees and build a "help each other" system, because looks like everybody is in their own business. * Do cross training. Normally when you buy a new vehicle you leave the dealership excited, we left frustrated.

Oil Change

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change so I figured I would be in and out. That was not the case when I walk in I did see my scheduled appointment on the board so that was a plus and felt great. By the way there was only 2 schedule appts that day and mine was one of them. So I was like great maybe 30 mins or an hours tops that I would be waiting. The girl took my info and I did tell her about my appt. I did see in the counter that their was 7 tickets for service and as soon she was done with my ticket she put my service ticket at the back. So the wait took 2 hours and 30 mins. Pretty much its point less to schedule an appt. if they don't put you ahead of everyone else. I forgot to mention my appt. was scheduled for 8:15 am and I got there at 8:05, so i wasn't late. Next time I wont schedule an appt. I will just show up and have them drop me off at my house.

Driver Seat Repair

This is an overall response on the response that I received when I took my vehicle for repair. I felt accused that I had purposely had caused the damage to the driver seat, which was not the case. If GMC, would own up to it's products, situations like this would not occur. I had to repair the vehicle out of my pocket. Please don't accuse the customer without doing your due diligence. Additionally, service manager did not make the time to speak with me nor review the quality of the material on the seat.

Great Dealer!

I bought my preowned vehicle there and had the best experience ever! My salesman Joey was nice and very knowledgable. Financing was easy and the whole process was great overall. This is my 2nd vehicle from Bert Ogden and I am sure there will be many more to come!
