Dodge Daytona

I recently purchased my second vehicle from this staff and as the first time at was a pleasant experience. I always drive away confident in my purchases with them. The character of the staff there is enjoyable as well. I highly recommend stopping and visiting this group if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

Awesome place to buy a vehicle

I have a lot of respect and trust in Fenton Ford in Dumas, I bought my first vehicle from Ron at Fenton Ford 3 years ago. Through out the years I have bought 5 more. He is the only person I will go to to buy a vehicle. He is honest, helpful and makes my buying experience as easy and less painful as possible. In and out and I leave with a smile. I recommend all my friends and family to go to see Ron at Fenton Ford. Not just Ron is helpful but the whole selling staff remember who you are when you come in and greet you with a smile. Finance Manager is great goes over the paperwork line by line to make sure we understand what we are paying for. Service is Top notch and I recommend doing your service there also. If I had to rate them 1 being the worst 10 being the best I rate them a 100.

Manager was disrespectful towards my father

We went into Fenton Ford with our 68 year old father to buy a truck we had seen online. Our dad drove from New Mexico to do this. He was paying cash for the truck, all that had to be negotiated was the trade in values. The sales staff locked the keys inside my dad's vehicle, and spent nearly an hour trying to "jimmy" the lock open. The entire time we were asking them to call a locksmith, they said it would be too expensive. After having my father stand outside in near 100 degree heat they finally opened it, but in the process of trying to unlock the car they damaged the door frame and the rubber seal. When dad, who was upset and hot from being outside sat down with the sales person and was told how much the appraisal was for he wasn't happy with it. He never said a disrespectful word to any Fenton employee, he simply was loud when he said he wouldn't accept that amount for trade. This is where a bad situation was made much worse. The sales manager, Ron G. came over, told my father he was too loud, not to use that tone of voice with his salesman and asked him to leave, which he did. My entire family was infuriated at what we just witnessed. The level of disrespect Mr. G. showed to my dad was completely unacceptable. My dad was there, checkbook in hand ready to pay cash for a truck, and was run out of the showroom because of an absolutely disgusting display of disrespect by the manager Ron G. He spoke to my 68 year old father like he was scolding a child. My sister and I confronted Mr. G. about his abhorrent behavior towards our dad. I told him how upset that I was with the way he treated our father. His only response to me was to tell me I was being too loud, and asked me "what was I was going to do about it". I was stunned, he was treating this situation liked a middle-school playground fight. I told him if he was the manager he was the one that needed to do something about it and got no response. Rather than attempting anything that resembled professionalism, he was completely unapologetic and indifferent. Before we left, I asked who his boss was so I could speak with someone about what had happened. Mr G. said he didn't have a boss, that there was no one "above" him I could speak with. When I pressed further, he said he would have someone contact me on Monday August 18th. Since that didn't happen I can only assume Mr G. did not forward my complaint to anyone hoping it would just go away.
