Becky was amazing in the service department! She understood the problem and fixed what needed to be fixed! We had unfortunately taken this vehicle first to Maxwell in Castroville who would not stand behind the warranty of this vehicle (which we had unfortunately bought from them). Becky understood the problem and listened to the issue and had our vehicle fixed and ready quickly under the vehicle’s warranty. We have done business with Brown Dodge for many years and we were reminded of the home town dealerships value of the customer and the value of standing behind the Dodge product! We will return for service and sales!!! Thank you Becky and Terry for your concern for the customer and taking care of us!

2018 Ram abs brake repair.

Becky and her crew absolutely took my best interest to heart , I had a vacation planned with my tow vehicle and it needed a critical brake part fixed. The first dealership I went to told me Feb 2023 to repair. My truck was fixed on Memorial Day in a matter of hours.
