I went back to Derrick to purchase my new truck, since it was such a good experience the last time. He was able to quickly get the exact model I wanted. The entire experience was quick and painless. When the truck was ready, I just came in, signed the paperwork, and was out the door. So easy!

Every aspect of the car purchase was perfect. My salesman Chase Whaley was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He answered all of my initial questions, helped me with the options, and was always available when I had yet another question. That and his level of enthusiasm for the purchase really made the process enjoyable. When I went to pick the car up he explained all of its features and his recommendations for using them. That was very helpful because the car comes with some pretty intricate traction/stability control options. Lots going on there ... Everyone I met from James Wood was helpful, interested in what I was purchasing, and just great to deal with.

Though the years we have had a number of great sales people help us but none have been more helpful than Ed Miranda who consistently brings his best to the table.
