I have never bought a car sight unseen. Fernie went out of his way to get the information we needed and to answer our questions. He even took precious time away from his family during the holidays to gather information and met us on a Sunday to complete the deal. It was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I have ever had.

Mustang 2015 ecoboost premium, excelent service, everyone very nice, the only thing is that after we signed all the paperwork, it took almost 1 hr to have the car ready, they did the final inspection I understand that, but when I got into the car I checked the vehicle status and 1 of the tires had over 36 PSI of pressure. Not a big deal but I think that's part of the inspection, Ferny Maldonado very nice and professional person. 10/10

lieing dealership

At the time I purchased the vehicle, I was told I could refund my extended warranty at any time. Six months later, I go in to the dealership to refund the warranty. I fill out a form and advised it will take 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks go by and no refund check yet. I contacted the dealership numerous times and they give me the run around. It's called bad business to lie. A giant corporation should be able to keep its word and not each your money like a bad gumball machine...
