I got an initial price quote from Allison at Sewell Infiniti. Although the initial quote was not as good as the other 2 Infiniti dealerships, I was dealt with in a professional manner (probably the best of the 3 Infiniti dealerships I'd dealt with). After Infiniti offered some incentives, she came back to me and offered to work up a 2nd quote, which she did do. While pricing was still not as good as one competitor dealership, it was a pleasant e-mail exchange. While we ended up leasing a Lexus convertible (from Sewell Lexus nonetheless,and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, in and out the door in about 1 hour), the online experience with Allison was the best and smoothest of the 3 Infiniti dealerships, and I have no doubt that the Sewell dealerships are a cut above the others, no matter the model of car. Had the price quoted been a little more competitive, we would have preferred to have dealt with her vs. the other 2 Infiniti dealerships at the end of the day.

I was looking for a specific G37 sedan at all three dealerships in Dallas. Gubbs didn't have anything, Crest was a nightmare. Sewell was actually the last dealership I visited. Erica was able to find the EXACT car i wanted at their Houston location. She spent a ton of time explaining EVERYTHING regarding car purchase vs leasing, leasing directly from the dealership vs through a leasing agent, the history of the company, etc. We were easily there for about 3 hours, most of which was talking about information regarding the experience. She made very sure that we were not rushed, were well informed, and felt comfortable to make our own choices. There was some minor price negotiating, and Sewell offerred a price BELOW what I had been asking! This was a no-brainer. Then financing... Blake in financing was AWESOME. Just like Erica, he explains all the ins and outs of the papers you are committing to and explains all the options very openly, explaining which make the most sense to get depending on lease vs buy and my intentions for the car. This dealership is just plain perfect. Even the receptionist was always professional and delightful. Not only has this experience made me want to come back for my next car, but it also makes me trust their service department will treat me fairly and honestly.

Having previously purchased an 06 M35 from Sewell, I expected to be treated fairly and with courtesy. I was not disappointed. While I initially shopped for an 2011 M37 at a dealer much closer to home, I decided to go back to Sewell in Dallas. There was no comparison between Sewell and it's competitor. Both the Sales Staff and the Service Department are the best available.
