Misleading practices - Misuse of personal/credit informantion

Misleading practices - Don't explain/ask for consent to use your personal/credit information I visited Don Herring Mitsubishi (Dallas, Tx) on 09/12/2012. I asked them to appraise my car for a trade-in. They asked my personal and credit information and NEVER told me or ask for my CONSENT to share the information with several different lenders. This is just misleading, they knew I was only "browsing" for a car and I would said NO if they ask for my consent. They shared my personal and credit information with 4 lenders WITHOUT my authorization.
