I found a car on cars.com and inquired about it on a Wednesday morning. Contacted via email, text, and phone, within 30 minutes. Worked a deal on my trade and the car via text and went down for a test drive that afternoon. Syed had the car ready, the numbers matched in person, and I drove out with the new to me Infiniti within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Syed and Audi Grapevine, great job.

This is my first electric car and I like it a lot. Working with Drew Nigo and Artie Timin was a real pleasure from the test drive to closing the deal. The car is is very capable in terms of speed and handling. The interior and exterior fit and finish are excellent. Charging the battery is easy and efficient for my purposes. The only fault I find with it is the battery range which seems too short compared to other luxury electric cars. It’s not a problem for daily use, but until an adequate supercharger network is available longer trips will be a bit dicey.

This review is for Michael Redd and Brett A Huneycutt. We were in the market for Audi Q7 since December 30 was our wedding anniversary so I wanted to gift a Q7 to my wife. During Christmas time I browsed through the Audi Dallas website searching for a Q7 and found some vehicles that interest me. I requested inquiry and was connected to Michael Redd who couldn't provide me required information. On December 29 which was a working day for me, Michael Redd called me in the morning that he can work out a car and a deal with trade in of my car and and that I should come to him. I left work at 1:30 pm and waited for him, while he was working with another customer till 2:30 pm. From 2:30 pm to 3:45 pm we finalized a car, worked out numbers and agreed the terms. I requested to see the car and at that time time they informed me that the car is at another dealer and they would get it towed to this showroom and I should get the car on Jan 2 ,2018. They took my credit card information and driver license copy and gave me a "Pre Paid Lease Worksheet" for the trade in and new car information. I was okay with waiting till Jan 2, 2018 and shared the good news with my wife (Q7 was for her). We called Michael to check on Jan 2, 2018, he did not respond. We called next day, again he dodged us and texted back "Sorry for the delay. It has not arrived yet". We tried reaching out to him on a daily basis till he texted us back on Jan 5 that come at 11 am on Jan 6. I asked him if I need to bring my wife with me and if the car has arrived to which he wrote " Sorry I'm not sure, I too a few days off but I'm back tomorrow. I'll let you know first thing." Surely he did not message us back or returned our calls and text. We live in Frisco Texas which is around 45 minutes away from the Audi Dallas show room. We went to the showroom on Jan 6 where we met with Brett Huneycutt, who informed us that they are still trying to get the car to the showroom and by Monday Jan 8, we should check with him. He informed us that the worst case scenario would be that the car would arrive by Jan 10. We did not hear back from Brett on Jan 8 and neither on Jan 10 so I called him on Jan 11 and it is then he informed me that the car is sold and they will find similar car for me and call me back. How can they car be sold? when we signed the paperwork and gave our credit card... As of today they haven't called me. We lost the appraisal value for our old which I appraised at CarMax and the value was valid till 01/03/2018, missed out on the Winter Sale that Audit was having and MOST IMPORTANTLY completely messed up our anniversary. Just because two of AUDI Dallas employee played tricks on us.

Our first experience here was thanks to their stock of hard-to-find tires. A late morning call, and Kyle made all arrangements to prepare for our arrival and explained all options and rationale for his recommendation. Given the product, the expedience of courtesies shown us without sales history, the value couldn't be greater. They even arranged for Uber at the dealership's expense. Something that would have required 3-5 business days and at neglible cost difference was managed so well we expect to return for all service and purchase needs.

Please read the negative reviews and stay away! I purchased a Q5 on February 11th. I didn’t even make it home before realizing that they had done the paperwork incorrectly and had misallocated $800 of my down payment. After a few calls, I was able to get them to refund that money to me. Then I starting having problems getting the car registered because they were first slow in sending the paperwork, then they could not get the paperwork correct. After hours and hours of work and numerous emails, and SEVEN MONTHS of back and forth I was finally able to get the vehicle registered and license plates today! This delay ended up costing me an additional $400 in lost license plate/ registration credit from transferring them from my previous vehicle. The worst part about it was that no one in management would give me the courtesy of answering my numerous emails or phone calls, ever. If not for one man in the finance departments efforts, this may never have been resolved. The bottom line is that management and salespeople at this dealership will be really nice up until the time you sign the deal and will then disappear - This is not how to run a business or provide customer service. Please take my advise and stay away - I’m sure there are plenty of other high quality Audi dealerships.

My car buying experience with audi dallas was by far the easiest and most pleasure experience imaginable. Ryan could have not been more helpful and accommodating!!!! Financing was easy and quick! A++++
