RUN don't WALK away from this dealership!!!!! Just got home from a terrible experience... heres what happened. Came in to buy a truck listed online at 19,900 ... tax title and license are extra we realize that.... but they tried to increase the price of the truck with extra addons such as a tint job that I showed them they didnt do, wheel locks for a few hundred that you can buy from Autozone/Oreilly, Nitrogen in tires ( huge scam and Youtube videos to warn about this) , and then preach about a 35 point safety inspection.... the spare tire was 100% bald and unsafe, the dash lights about tire issues were lit up ... they tried to pawn us off to 3 different closers that repeated the same pathetic pitch/script. Instead of "Friendly" the dealership should be re-named as "Full of [non-permissible content removed]" . Also, they want to focus on oil changes that still cost you $20 ( not free) and if you are driving 45 min to get there ... who cares about using them for any oil change when Walmart has them for $60 etc. If you are paying cash and NOT financing.... be prepared for them to nickel and dime you for every little thing they can to make up for lost finance profits. The advertised price is FALSE/Misleading.... make sure you ask for the drive off price before you waste your time. If you are reading this and are on the fence on buying a vehicle through this dealership.... for the LOVE OF GOD... trust me and all the reviews below!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I found the exact Escape SE I wanted on Friendly Ford's website, but a family medical issue forced significant constraints on my ability to spend hours waiting at the dealership for the purchasing process to unfold. With my preapproval letter in hand, I walked in expecting time for a test drive only, but Danny G & the sales manager understood my dilemma and had me signed & delivered in record time. I even received additional incentives above what I calculated. So painless wish I could afford to do it again!

Located the new Ford F150 truck on the CARGURU WEBSITE then contacted the dealer. The FRIENDLY FORD salesman (Adher Hernandez) negotiated the drive-out price with me using TEXT MESSAGING. When I arrived at the dealership Adher had the truck ready for me to test drive. Truck was exactly what I had been looking for so I bought it on the spot. Could not have been happier with my deal and the services provided by the dealership. We will do it again when I need another vehicle.

Service Department I was told by the Service Representative that my wait would be about 2 hours because there were quite a few cars ahead of me. I came on a Saturday morning... My wait was 2 hours like I was told. I needed an oil change and tires rotated. The Service Dept. always do good work for me.

Drove all the way from Lake Charles, Louisiana this past weekend and bought my first vehicle in my name from Friendly Ford of Crosby. Had a great experience with my purchase and drove off the lot with a Brand new 2018 Ford Fusion at a great price. Danny and Tillman were great guys to work with and made everything seamless. Will definitely do business with Ford of Crosby in the Future.

I really enjoyed our experience purchasing a new car the past weekend. Everybody was friendly, our sales representative Ricardo was excellent, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. We had a lot of questions, and he was helping us all the way through. Friendly Ford should be proud to have employee like him! Also I love my new Fusion, drives great. The location is not far from Houston at all. Next time when I purchase a new car, I will come back.

As many others I was affected by Hurricane Harvey and was discouraged because I had spent nearly a week and a half at another dealership before coming to Ford. 2 hours in and Pedro and Ricardo got me in a 2017 Ford Focus! They were patient and honest and I appreciated that the most.

I brought my 2012 F-250 in for a normal oil change and a check engine light that was coming in and out. Friendly Ford performed these repairs in a timely and responsive way and in addition found a issue with my steering linkage that I was not aware of that was repaired also. I was very please with the service and the professionals at Friendly Ford. Jennie was our service rep. and she always kept us informed of how the truck was progressing and of the changes taking place and was always very professional in her dealings.
