Jaime Garcia from Ed Hicks Nissan, was my salesman and he did an excellent job. I would recommend him to all my friends. He is knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I will go back to him next time I want to buy a new car.

My wife and i bought a nissan rogue from Ed Hicks. The sales person Pamela Mangum did a fantastic job. Never felt pressured and she worked out any snags along the way . I'll be back to deal again when its my turn to upgrade trucks.

Purchased a 2015 Murano and was extremely pleased with the attention given to me through the delivery of my vehicle. Multiple salesmen helped with the purchase and delivery...explaining every detail of the vehicle as well as offering follow-up help. I have been a long time service customer and have always been pleased. A very friendly and detail oriented dealership.

There is a reason why I'm loyal to this dealership. Since I purchased my first vehicle from them when I was 17, Ed Hicks staff has always been considerate and fair. They always get me in the vehicle I want at a fair price, with none of that slimy car salesman attitude. My family members have bought cars from this dealer also and have had similar great experiences. Can't go wrong here.

I have purchased 10 cars from ed hicks and always have fun doing it. Like all dealers, they are in business to make as much money as possible, and my goal is to cut that back to a reasonable point. (they have to make some profit to stay in business) I always do my homework to see what my tradein should be worth as well as what rebates are available and what the average sales price is for whatever I am looking for. The deal usually takes about 20 minutes, most of the wait time for me is waiting for make ready to clean up my new ride.

This dealership is very unfriendly...we spent hours waiting for info and left waiting much of the time....the slaesman has to go for everything to a boss, then we asked to see the boss....he was very poor in customer relations....we left to visit another dealer, and when came back he was even worse...Laughed in our face and told us wouldn't sell us a car for that price or send it to the other dealer to sell to us.......we left and will never step foot in Ed hicks.,,,,,talked to others who have had these experiences there also......too bad we didn't ask others first.....our day was wasted by Ed Hickssssssss

I recently went shopping for a nissan and was quite disappointed. I was left waiting for long periods with no help and then when someone did come, the sales person seemed rushed. The sales person wanted to go inside and talk numbers. When I informed him I was just starting to look and really needed information and a test drive, I was told he didn't have time and no one else could help me either. Was I really expected to make an offer on a vehicle I hadn't even taken for a test drive? Well, needless to say, that didn't happen and I went to another dealership that was all too happy to take me for a test drive and answer my questions. Ed Hicks, you lost a customer!
