Neal is THE BEST

I wanted a Supra MT and started seriously looking Jan 2023 when my car was totaled. Corpus does not get many Supras allocated, but my salesman Neal Patel, diligently looked at allocations every two weeks for 15 months and sent me a text update every time. He also persistently called other dealerships that were allocated Supras to see if they would trade. Finally, this week he texted that he finally found one and it was the color I had originally wanted, even though I had given up on picking a color. His customer service absolutely rocks to stick with me for that long and not give up. I highly recommend going to see Neal and buy your new Toyota from him!

Do not like the fact of this no haggle pricing. The salesmen was quick to mention they don't haggle over price. In my opionion that may be your policy but it is not my policy. They think they are the sole participant in the sell I guess.

First of all, please don't think this is a negative review. My Toyota has been so carefully cared for since having it serviced at Autonation Toyota for the last year. I live in the Bluff and the poor vehicle is constantly battered by wind and a salt spray. This service department consistently helps me keep my ride in top condition despite our Coastal Bend environment. If I could have anything I wanted regarding this service department, I would wish for a better intake system. There is no guidance as to where to park when dropping off nor whether to be met at the vehicle or step inside and wait for an agent. While I'm certain the department personnel are all busy and working on individual customers, there is a "dead zone" when stepping into the service department. Everyone is frequently on the computer, noses buried into their terminal and only the occasional, "we'll be with you in a minute" sounds out to the waiting customers. A well-established intake system might be an improvement.

I'm very pleased with the sales, finance and everyone who was involved in my recent purchase. Abel Barrera was my salesperson and Blake Suarez took care of the extended warranties, and finance. Those two make a strong, knowledgeable team. I didn't need anyone else to finalize my purchase. I will return when I or my girlfriend needs a new car. I'm living in Houston now. This firm outperforms the top Toyota dealership in Houston, my opinion.

Excellent! Tyrone Hobson was very courteous and knowledgeable in helping me make my purchase. I requested a quote on Kia Soul and within 15 minutes he contacted me asking how can he help me. I was interested in buying a reliable one owner car to used for towing with MotorHomes when my wife and I travel. Was paying cash and needed out the door price. Within 20 minutes he send me the information and I was please with the quote pending test drive and visual inspection of the car next day. I met Mr Hobson next day and it was a smooth purchase. . I strongly recommend him to anyone if you are looking to purchase a car. I payed cash and finance kept pushing warranty after I told them I was not interested. Had it cover with another company. All in all, Auto Nation has great cars pre certified car and well pre inspected to be sold.

I love my truck!. I’m waiting to buy a new body style tundra but I have to position myself a little better prior to purchase. Toyota has no real competition in the trucking market. I’ve bought close to 10 trucks from Toyota Autonation and Mr Lupe Hernandez over the years. AutoNation sets the prices at an optimum level, but the real fun is the Sales team, I only buy from Mr. Lupe his honesty and integrity are one of a kind for his business. I cannot recommend a better sales member to deal with than Mr. Lupe. He’s just a fantastic person to know. A real asset to AutoNation in my humble opinion.
