Mr. Danny Park helped me with my vehicle selection he was very educated about the vehicle and all of its features. He took his time to ensure that I was able to work all of the features that my selected vehicle was equipped with and how to use them all with ease! He even helped me to set up my Ford app and showed me how to use all the features! I highly recommend Mr. Park to anyone who wants to purchase a Ford he will make sure that you have a pleasant experience and make the right decision with no pressure.

Long Distance Car Purchase

Initially, I decided NOT to purchase my car from AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi due to the challenges of purchasing a car from a Dealership located almost 1400 miles away. However, my Sales Professional was persistent and continued to seek my business by finding the EXACT make, and model, with the amenities I wanted, PRICED within my purchase parameters, AFTER I informed him that I was not interested in purchasing a "Long Distance" car. There have been challenges, but the Sales Team was extremely supportive, seeking out creative solutions to overcome the challenges a "Long Distance" purchase presents! The purchase process took longer than I preferred, but the ends justified the objective... a SATISFIED Customer!

Just an oil change But oil changes are important, too!

Honestly, my expectation was that my mere oil change and tire rotation was going to take much more time than it did. But to my surprise, I was in and out in about thirty minutes! That's getting things done and to say I was pleased is an understatement. My service rep, Alicia, helped move the process along and explained everything when it was done. I know it's just an oil change and tire rotation, but if you shine on the small stuff you are likely to glow on the bigger stuff. Well done.

I have a fleet of vehicles and have had issues with the other Ford Dealership in town. I took vehicles to Autonation to see if they would be a better fit for my needs. What i appreciate is Johnathan's communication in letting me know what the issue is and how quickly we can resolve this problem . As of this point i have sent other vehicles there due to the service being much better here.

We had a great experience with Mr. Serna. He kept in communication with us throughout the repairs. Things didn't go perfect with parts but he kept us in the loop and kept to his word on when we could pick up our daughters vehicle. He cares for people which makes him even a better employee.

My brake lines were recalled and I called the dealership to see if they could take care of it since I’m new to the area. I spoke to John and he set me up with the soonest appt and got my car into service and out of at the promised time.
