DeMontrond Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I drove 4 hours to this dealership on saturday to pick up stock number J34486. I had been in contact with the dealership all week long and they knew i was coming, i even kept them updated throughout myvtravel on my expected arrival time. My husband and i arrived to the vehicle running and ready to go. We got in and noticed that the sun roof screen was hanging down loose and wrinkled. The interior of the car had many many areas of stains and dirt as well as many grease finger prints.there was a gouge in the plastic on the passenger side inner door area near the base of the seat. Just inside the lift gate there was a huge grease stain on the plastic. In the rear on the right and left hand sides the plastic sides were seperated where the color changes from grey to tan. My husband was able to get the left side to snap in but not the right. There was a thread bare area where around where the sun roof screen opens and closes. When we brought these concerns to the sales manager he refused to even go out and look at it, even after i asked him to 3 times. He told us it would be covered under our warranty and that after we signed the papers they could get it taken care of!! I am not buying a brand new car with hideous stains everywhere that needs to in for warranty work before i even buy it!! I came with a check in hand from my own bank with all intentuons of buting this exact vehicle, i even had insurance on it when i arrived. Not only will i not be buying thos car there, but i will never deal with these people again and would advise everyone else to stay away!!

Charlie Lackey is an amazing salesman! He helped me out with my first car purchase, A 2017 Jeep Wrangler, He did ask me why I wanted a manual, which given my age is understandable, But I knew what I wanted and got just that! They are very fair on their pricing and who could forget their warranty forever that comes with all new car purchases!! Simply wonderful 10 out of 10!!

He was very informative and made the whole process quick and easy and handled some aftermarket add on equipment for us. The finance and sales manager were wonderful as well. We bought our Durango from Demontrond in Conroe about two weeks ago. Found the Sales staff (Sean W; and the sales manager Mr. B.) to be very professional. We were able to reach a deal fairly easily and it was a good buying experience.
