We’ve bought 5 vehicles from this location and brand loyalty means nothing to them. We’ve tried to buy another vehicle 4 times and sell one of our vehicles to them but the price they offer us is different every single time we come in. The management here needs to be upgraded ASAP. You’ve lost a customer for life.

I purchased a new car paying cash. The salesmen forgot to get my insurance information. Two days later I received 4 phone calls and one text requesting insurance information. When I returned their calls the finance manager threatened to repossess my car that I had paid cash for! From beginning to end this experience was a nightmare. Do not waste your time with these incompetent people.

I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro-4X from Bill Thompson and Jaime Delacruz I have only been a customer of the dealership for about 6mo since bringing my existing Nissan for service, however I have high marks for Will, Service Manager as well as Bill and Jaime from the sales floor. Attentive sales team. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Upon delivery, Jaime walked me through as many features as he could on the vehicle controls and systems. Dealership offers programs/packages above the standard Nissan factory which, among others, is the reason I will recommend purchasing from these guys in the future.

I have lived in Burleson since 2009 and have owned Nissans for many years. I was thrilled when Nissan Burleson opened, because the nearest dealership was 20 miles away in Arlington. I have bought two Nissan Altimas from Nissan Of Burleson, and I couldn't be more pleased. Both times I got the deal I wanted, and I am extremely happy with their service. I would buy from them again. The wait to get into the finance office was over 2 hours. My sales person Thomas McCarty was good and very nice and worked to get the Murano was wanted. Had to look out of state to get the exterior/ interior color combo we wanted.

Bill did a great job getting me into a new car for the same(ish) price than a used car. He was friendly but did treat the sale of a new car different than a used car. My mother bought a car at the same time and did not get the exact same treatment. Still courteous, professional, and friendly but there was a difference on treatment. I received a key chain and test drive while she did not and there is an inspection on new cars versus the used. Not sure if that is just procedure or not. I do recommend this company and Bill Thompson to people I know.

Better experience 2nd visit. Although process was lengthy, it got done. My salesman was subpar, the sales Mgr was awesome, and the owner was great! I felt the sale went a day extra unnecessarily. After extensive persuasion, my local dealer made me happy. Great facility and staff!

did most of the negotiating over the phone. Had the car and papers ready when I walked in. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is that it took quite a while to get back to financing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful

Beware of business practices

Nissan of Burleson has been running an ad on autotrader for a 2005 Nissan Xterra for 5991.00. I called to see if this vehicle was in stock and was told yes. I had someone else call and they confirmed this. I drove to the dealership on 03/25/13 and the saleslady said "let me get the keys". Out comes the manager who states the vehicle was sold on late 03/23/13 and the people I talked to were from E-leads and did not work for them (even though the ad is clearly listed by Nissan of Burleson and showed in their inventory). He stated they had not seen the sold update since it was sold on the weekend. I told him this sounded like a scam and he assured me it wasn't. It is now 04/03/13 and Nissan of Burleson is still running this ad on Autotrader. It is obviously a "bait and switch" to get you to contact them. Beware of this dealer and their business practices.
