17silverado check engine light

I brought in again for check engine light for the forth time in one year started within 2 wks of purchasing truck .I got with service mgr.on this he seems like he wants to help I even took him on test drive to show him the sound and feeling when in 4 cylinder mode he says that's what it supposed to do none the less light still comes on so I was going to leave it and use there loaner vehicle that it took a month to get but my new full coverage insurance only covers liability on loaner/rental so I wasn't able to leave truck would be nice if they had a separate ins.you can buy like Enterprise rental does .so I'm getting new insurance that will cover and I'll try again hopefully they will get to bottom of the misfire code 300 once an for all

I ended up getting an oil change for half of what I was going to pay at the oil change business next door. Dan, my customer service rep was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I also had my front end aligned and the price was reasonable. I will continue to do business with Lynn Smith Chevrolet.

Was not impressed at all with the job done by the repair crew. Our 2013 Ann covette was in a wreck and it was the others drivers fault. And they took responsibility. However our car sat for over two weeks just for them to get the battery changed when it was hit right where the battery is located in the car. the car pulls, sounds like its missing, the tires and wheels were not fixed when she hit 4 curbs,and the front spoiler was not replaced. The dash is lose and there is no heat plus the cover under the passenger side of dash to keep wires tucked away and out of harm is not even on right. WE are VERY disappointed in the service and the amount of time it took because we had to pay extra for a rental on what was supposedly only 3000 dollars in damage. Would love a call back so we could bring car back up there and have it done right. because honestly, the way it is now, I would rather trade in instead of more of this grief. Jason Snow

Used car purchase

My son and were used car shopping and had been looking at cars in the price range of a 2007 Chevy Cobalt. My son really wanted to get a Sonic but didn't think he could afford that new of a vehicle. It just so happened that they had recently taken a 2015 Sonic LT in and it was easier to finance and the payments were in his budget. He was very happy with this car.

BUYER BEWARE

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They have NO values when it comes to running a business. Darrell promised at 830 am to hold a Suburban for me while I travel 3 hours away. At 1030 am I was 20 mins away from the dealership he calls to give me a courtesy call that the SUV has been sold. He words were "sorry, I am not the only one who works here". WOW After speaking with the sales manager Jonathon, I was informed that a deposit of 200 dollars should of been put down in order to hold the car. Darrell was such a good salesman he never mentioned putting a deposit down to hold the car. He then to tried to save himself and lied to his supervisor Johnathon. Darrell said it was offered and I declined it. Really, why would I declined to put a 200 dollar deposit down if I am driving 3 hours away and paying 40K for a SUV? Thankfully true colors showed before I paid 40 thousand dollars to this dealership and Darrell made a commison off of me. Mortiz Chevy in South Ft. Worth off of Camp Bowie is the place to go. Ask for Bobby Lackey and he will be honest and take care of you. Darrell as for you good luck on your career, being dishonest will get you NO WHERE in life.
